My heater went out just two nights ago, I called Lemons and later that day Jordan came by to see what was what. He was incredibly helpful and taught me a lot about the unit and the general upkeep that I should do. 10/10 recommend Lemons as a company, and specifically Jordan for being so kind and patient with my lack of knowledge.

We have always used Lemons. Good company. Had to have our heating system replaced and added central AC. These guys were fantastic. It did take 2 days, a few complications the job was done and I love our new heater ! It heats our home fast and it is SO quiet!!! Our old system was a bit loud !!! Thank you to everyone involved in getting us set up and hooked up !!!

Lemons heating and air was highly recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! The project manager came right away and took measurements and explained everything . He answered my questions and gave me options all of which were very fair. The installation was 2 days later and the workmen were efficient and explained operating procedures for the new system. I will continue working with them for maintenance on this equipment in the future.

Very expensive. Charged $95 for trip charge then $129 to discover no gas and turn on valve at propane tank and then light and watch (granted, maybe this dummy deserves to be overcharged for such a stupid oversight). Maybe $129 so high because job was 15 miles from their shop but that wasnt indicated on the invoice. I'll be on the lookout for a more affordable alternative. Giving 3 stars because they did the job as requested.

Alan, it is always our intention to strive for a 5 star review but we appreciate your response anyway. It gives us the opportunity to learn! We always explain that there is a $95 Service Fee and that there could be additional cost based on what we find when we do arrive on the job. The technician did find that the gas was turned off and he did his job by turning the gas back on and tested to insure that they system was working. We're sorry if you didn't see the value in the the service we provided.
