These guys are experts and do excellent service work. And they stand behind their work. I had a reoccurring issue with a screen replacement and they took care of it, no questions asked. I went back there another time and had a software issue with my outlook email. Al went through all the settings and explained to me what was wrong. He worked on it for about a half an hour or so and would not take payment. Also, this is a really nice family business. The owner Al and his team could not be any nicer to work with. Highly recommend!

Brought my HP desktop into the shop. Allen immediately started testing it and found a bad memory ram. Verified the slot was good by moving the ram to other slot. Accomplished while I waited. Very resonable cost. Will use them in the future.

Al was terrific in responding immediately to a serious spoofing incident. He waited for me late on a Friday afternoon and I met with him on Saturday morning on an urgent situation. He immediately diagnosed and remediated the incursion. Extraordinarily knowledgeable and user friendly. Couldn't have been more impressed.

The staff doesn't try to make you feel like they are smarter than you, they take the time to listen to what you have to say. My PC kept kicking me offline I thought it was a hardware issue, they found it was a much cheaper issue and didn't try to upsell anything.

Great experience dealing with Lemon Bay Computer Service. They helped us choose a new laptop, had it delivered to them, set it up and then they transferred all necessary information from our old computer. They then disposed of the old Computer. Knowledgeable, personable, talk in layman's terms, provide fast service. I would recommend them to anyone!

My computer stopped working, I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad where I bought it they had it for two weeks and couldn't fix it, being snowbirds I took it to Lemon Bay Computer Service, Allen looked at it for about 1 min and knew what was wrong. Works great Thanks.

We are snowbirds visiting for the season. Our laptop refused to power up and that was a very bad thing. We futzed around trying what we knew but to no avail. Then we Googled computer repair shops in the Englewood area and started calling around. As soon as we called Lemon Bay Computer Services, we said that's the place. Alan was smart, fast, and engaging. I had a. Issue with my keyboard and Al advised me that it would be cheaper to buy a new computer than replace the keyboard. He was right and loaned me a keyboard until I purchased a new one and offered to download data onto the new computer I would definitely recommend him f or any computer issues. Very happy I found him
