I’ve been wanting to buy an Eriba for about 2 years now, and the long wait gave me ample time to research the different models, and find the one that would suit me. I travelled to Leisure First in Poole 3 times in all. They allowed me to check out all of the caravans, and helped me confirm my choice.
Cameron was really knowledgeable and gave me some useful tips. He was also able to point me in the right direction to getting a robust towing hitch installed.
The caravan (a 2016 310) was cleaned & detailed before we picked it up. The process was easy and fun. Very pleased with our purchase!!
After sales rubbish service!
When we bought our Eriba Familia nearly 2 years ago, great service. We were told it was fully serviced. Also, if we were to sell at a later date to go back to them and we’d get a really good price. They said Eribas hold their prices well. We got home to find that the fire front had fallen off and battery was no good. Phoned the company but had little help……just bring it in for next service and we’ll give you a discount. So, we did have a proper service done by an independent company and had the fire repaired, also, brackets for the roof replaced as one was broken, also, bought a new battery. We bought a new awning as well. A few months later my husband was diagnosed with cancer and we were forced to sell the van as we knew we would not be using it. Got in touch with LeisureFirst and explained the situation. They offered us LESS than half the price we had paid and would not budge on this price! We had used this van once and were not happy! We sold it privately for almost what we had paid for it. No, not happy customers.

We purchased a lovely Triton 420GT last week from Leisure First. From 1st enquiry to towing her off the forecourt the service was efficient, professional and friendly. The team are very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about all things Eriba. Highly recommend them.
EDIT: Our Triton had some water ingress (from the top brake light) a few months later so we took it to Leisure First to assess and book for the repair. The service was friendly, professional and knowledgable. The work was completed efficiently and a quality job done. Excellent after sales service and repairs.
So happy with our Eriba Ocean Drive. It was immaculate inside despite being 7 years old. This is our first caravan and we are getting used to how it all works thanks to Hayden for answering our many questions before and after purchase fully and patiently. Loving our new touring life and meeting other Eriba owners on sites

Eriba - holidays made easy.
We bought our Eriba Familia in the spring and have already been out with it loads if times. Its so easy to tow I can share the driving with my husband. Its incredibly well made and so practical in design, and Leisure First is the centre of excellence for finding your perfect model.

Hayden at Leisure First was a pleasure to deal with and was able to answer all my questions with ease. I called initially to ask about one caravan and when that one was sold a day later he called me back to let me know and that there were other options available on the website. We arranged a viewing of another caravan and Hayden had it made ready for us, let us look around other 'vans, and accommodated us in his office while we took care of some administration. One of the other members of the Leisure First team, alongside Hayden was able to prepare the caravan we chose in super quick time and allowed us to get back on the road home. Super customer service and knowledge, super helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Hayden.
We recently purchased an Eriba 530, we had been communicating with Hayden for a couple of months prior with our requirements. Once the right van came up and we decided to go for it everything went smoothly from start to handover. At handover everything was set up for us and thoroughly explained to us.

Cameron at Leisure First and his crew are brilliant at showing you an Eriba caravan and one that you may fancy buying, they help you with your decisions and make life easier to provide you with an immaculate and conditioned 'one' that will suit your needs.
My wife and I first purchased our Eriba Puck 120 back in early 2018 and picked one from several available Puck's... but during our wait for it to be altered to choosing I had an accident that prevented us from doing a long journey to collect 'it'.
However Cameron was very helpful in keeping the caravan inside their warehouse while I recovered, but my recovery turned out to being a long time and he suggested instead of us doing a long way wait and drive to collect it, he would deliver it to us and we accepted that.
Hence it was delivered just as we wanted 'it' and to be honest it only cost what I would have spent on the fuel for that long jorney... So, it was a very good option to be provide with....
Leisure First is very good at providing what Eriba caravan you'd like and normally for any type-model you'd love to look at, talk about and purchase and would suit 'you'.
