Our shared sewer needed to be relined and I sought out various quotes. Legendary provided what appeared to be the best options at a cost effective price. What impressed me was their staff who carried out the work. Polite, punctual and professional. A month down the track and their efforts seem to be working as they should. My kitchen tap urgently needed attention. One call to Legendary and Nick organised a visit by Dylan. What can I say. Dylan quickly fixed the tap and offered advice. The encounter with both men was extremely pleasant and my issue was promptly fixed. By the way, booking on line is super easy and you can pick your own time slot. Won't go anywhere else!

He explained everything clearly, arrived when he said he would, and completed the work efficiently. It was a smooth, hassle-free experience, and we really appreciated his helpful attitude. Used to be good, far too corporate now. Call centre seems outsourced, website uses AI chatbot that doesn’t know what services they actually offer (it said they didn’t do guttering). Want a quote? Someone will be there in two days between the hours of 7am and 3:30pm. You’re supposed to get a phone call 30 minutes prior but it was more like 10 minutes for me. Won’t give the quote details over the phone, need to explain it in person because it’s company policy. Can’t comment on pricing because I couldn’t even get that far. I gave this feedback to Cameron. Had a follow up call from Nick trying to sell me on the in-person quote stuff - told him the same thing - he wasn’t interested in feedback and was pretty rude when he realised he wasn’t going to make a sale.

Thanks to the team at Legendary. They came and fit my new storage heater same day, replaced my smoke alarms, safety checked my power sockets and labelled up my fuse box for me! Also very up front with their quotes. Overall, very happy with their communication and service, and they were very tidy in their clean up.
