Reported a slight smell of gas however I was the only one on the house that could smell the gas. I purchased Kidde Explosive Gas + Carbon Monoxide Alarm and they went on. Called Legacy and they dispatched Kyle who immediately smelled the gas. Tested the lines and found and resolved the issue in minutes. Exceptional customer service and Legacy quickly dispatched service.

He cleared a clog that was preventing my unit from draining properly and made sure I knew how to keep it clear. The company was also quick to get me scheduled. Great company and workers. They have excellent warranties and services. They make sure everything is by code too. I was very impressed with the workers. They are really good and took time to answer all questions. They made sure that they wouldn’t scratch my old wood floors, carpets and walls. Didn’t mind the dogs barking at them or how much we talked. We will hire them again

Legacy Home Services did fantastic. We needed some AC enhancements (air purifier / UV lights / vent seals). I saw their 4.9 on google review and decided to give them a try. Great choice. You never really know what you’re going to get until it happens. Legacy was amazing. Jared came out to evaluate and took the time to answer all our questions. Very knowledgeable about all things AC. Octavio and Jaxon came out to install and were also great. I also got their maintenance plan which seemed to be a very fair price.

I highly recommend this awesome company. Our a/c went out on a Friday afternoon & Legacy sent their technician Noah to us within a few hours. He was fantastic, cleaned our a/c unit and got it running in hardly any time. Noah exhibited excellent customer service, explaining everything, and the cost was much lower than we expected. Give Legacy a call - they are wonderful!

Legacy installed our home AC in 2020. The service since then has been excellent. We have a bi-annual service plan and Chazz came out today and was his usual excellent self. He informed us of everything he had done and gave us some ideas to improve our insulation. Our system is still working as good as it was on day 1, and I attribute that to Legacy's care and Chazz in particular.
