Called for an almost emergency and got service in less than 12 hours. Jenny Walsh was super nice and helpful in scheduling the work. And Brendan the technician was very informative and took the extra time to explain our septic and the work. He also gave great tips to help keep the system running smoothly. Glad to recommend them and will use them again for certain.

What an amazing company. Called when my son noticed leaking from access lids.In a panic we called during emergency hours to have pumped. My wife handed me the phone and said the technician wants to talk to you. George said with extreme confidence let me walk you threw a few steps so you won't have to pay that emergency fee. He then asked to face time and walked me step by step threw it and in no time saved the day and a huge amount of money. Also gave some pro tips on easier access to the filter and cleaning. What Company turns down extra money when they know the problem before they even arrive? A honest one. A company you can trust. What amazing service wish I could leave more then 5 stars. Thanks again George and Legacy we will see you soon for a pump out.
