Isaiah was at our house today to do a spring A/C check up. While he was here, we asked him about a WiFi thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and offered options for us. We had him install the new thermostat same day! Isaiah is a great representative of Legacy!

Gunnar was knowledgeable and quickly solved a problem with our sink. He also replaced shut-off valves on our dishwasher & performed maintenance on the water heater, sump pump, & flapper valve.

Tommy Reinking is a Rock Star!
I had a puddle of water under my furnace and couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so I called Legacy to help assess the situation and hoped it wasn't something major. When Tommy got to my home and assessed the situation, he was able to find where a hose had come unhooked and was able to reattach it and stop the condensation from leaking onto the floor.
Being this didn't take him very long to fix and he was already at my house he asked if there was anything else that he could take a look at or educate me on to help make the service call worth it to me.
This is the kind of service you get from Legacy. I will always be using them in the future and would refer them to anyone that needs plumbing or heating services.
Carl and Chad along with Shelby were very helpful in assisting in helping us today. All 3 very polite and professional,I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. We had a clogged drain in the basement and we needed to get linens washed for our office. We reached out to Legacy and Neal was quick to answer and said he would be over after finishing his current job. Neal was awesome! From introduction to paying the bill, he was friendly, thorough, and all smiles. He left our home at 1am. To keep a smile and stay positive at this time of night I believe, is awesome!

I called Legacy at a recommendation from a few neighbors/friends. Drew arrived on time and was great to work with. Great customer service, friendly staff, and it was a great experience! I'd highly recommend then for anything large or small!

Great service and communication. Tommy came over on Easter and checked our furnace for an issue and Isaiah came over the next day to repair it, installed a new heat exchanger. Highly recommend them.

It's been about a week now and I believe I've found everything that I want to address.
First off, Spencer is a very nice, very proper person. Great attitude and easy to talk with. If I just rate him, I'd give 5 stars.
His work, on the other hand, leaves a bit to be desired. I called for a leak behind my kitchen sink and, if possible, an access for a sink drain in the down pipe in the basement so I could hook up a double mop sink I had. Instructions given, I went to work and left my roommate to allow him to do his job. I came home and found...
1. a huge hole in the wall behind/under my kitchen cabinets.
2. The new faucet installed at my kitchen sink, which was apparently the point of the leak, is loose at base to sink point of connection.
3. Dishwasher water valve had been left turned off, which was an easy fix for me.
4. The previous faucet handle was positioned in front. Now it is to the right side.
5. The hot and cold are reversed on the new faucet.
6. Instead of just making an access point for a drain, he connected the double sink to the drain to the down pipe. This, in itself, wouldn't be too bad but instead of using threaded pipes for the drain he used solid pipe and glued it all together. Now I'll have to call another plumber if that drain gets clogged, where I could have just opened it up myself and cleared whatever is in it.
After listing all this, maybe 3 stars is too many but I'm going to leave it at that.
