Legacy since they opened have always treated our business extremely well. No matter the time or plumbing emergency we have in store for them they work quickly and try to limit the disruption for our guests. Spencer came in yesterday during one of our busy days and was able to get our drains for our soda machines freed up. They are always very communicative and honest about the situations. If Google would allow me I would give them 10 stars!

Quick and incredible service.
Quick recap: Had another company come out to fix a leak and drain block, then tried to charge us extra for an auger we already paid for. Called Legacy instead.
Legacy came out on a Friday, did the auger, couldn't unblock the drain and gave us the rundown of the likely fix vs worst case scenario.
Monday morning they came back out, and hidden issues started unfolding. Saying I was stressed was an understatement. However they quickly replaced piece by piece in the basement, main floor, upstairs and even the attic. They knocked everything out in 2 days instead of the original 3 days, and installed a temporary pipe so we would still have a functioning bathroom. Day 2 they finished and cleaned everything up (all the debris, dirt amd sludge was gone, all I had to do was mop).
They gave me and my family peace of mind and a functioning home back.
I'm beyond grateful for the incredible service they provided and being wonderful people to work with (super sweet and very informative).
If you need a solution, go with Legacy.

At about 8pm on a Thursday, I found myself contending with a perfect storm of a water pressure valve failure in the wall fixture point and multiple failure points in and around the fill valve assembly of my apartment's toilet. As a renter, I couldn't simply turn the building's water pressure off until I could tackle the problem the next day. Thankfully, the night manager was around and he contacted Legacy Plumbing. Spencer, a technician who was on the evening/night shift, was quick to arrive, assessed the problems, fixed all of them, and even cleaned up the work space after finishing all the work.

A very nice technician named Isaiah came out this morning to perform an A/C service. During the visit, he noticed that my water heater was leaking and likely nearing the end of its lifespan. After completing the A/C service, he stayed for nearly three additional hours to install a new water heater.
Isaiah was professional, personable, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything and made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciated his honesty and dedication.
I would 100% recommend Legacy and will definitely use them again in the future.

I woke up to a chilly house this morning, so I knew something was up. I turned on the fireplace to take the chill out, and then sent a message to Legacy. It wasn't an emergency, and that message went to them 45 minutes before they were open.
At 8, 45 minutes later, I called and talked to Courtney and told her it wasn't an emergency, but I probably wanted to get it checked out. She said someone could be available before 9. Like in 50 minutes. Wow!
As soon as I hung up from that call - like literally 30 seconds later --- Brenda from Legacy called me to check on the online request for service. She called back even before she noticed that I'd already talked to Courtney. That's amazing.
At 8:40 I got a call from Connor that he would be over in 10 minutes. Sure enough, at 8:50, Connor and Isaiah were there to check out my furnace.
Long story short, but by 11 a.m. I had a new inducer (didn't need a whole furnace) and a spanking new wifi thermostat. After downloading the app, Connor showed me how to program the thermostat, and by 11:20 they had done all the work, cleaned up their stuff, and were backing out of my driveway.
Connor and Isaiah were bright, polite, courteous, personable, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.
Things sure do flow better with Legacy! Thank you everyone!

Jaydon did a thorough service call. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a detailed inspection and cleaning, and explained the results. Not sure how Legacy vets people when hiring, but every serviceman we've had has been super polite, respectful, and nice!

Mr. Martin was on time. He reviewed the issues I was having with the toilet and kitchen facet. Explained all my options we decided on a game plan. All work was done to my satisfaction. Mr. Martin was courteous and neat. Will use Legacy again.

I highly recommend legacy plumbing for any plumbing needs. Spencer the tech that came was very professional and respectful especially for a Saturday service call. He was very thorough and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Showed me ever step of the processes he was doing and even help find a main clean out that I was told by previous plumbers I didn't have one. So if the rest of the technicians at legacy are anything like Spencer then you should no problem getting your problem fixed 100%. Once again I highly recommend Spencer from Legacy Plumbing.
