I met Sam for a quote who was gracious, but I politely and graciously ultimately chose to go with a different company. Legacy Painting had a TERRIBLE unprofessional response telling me I chose wrong. Sore losers. Then they wouldn't stop texting me or emailing me asking when they could begin work.
This is a predatory company you will be sorry you ever chose to have come out and give you a quote. Just skip them altogether.

I take reviews like this seriously, which is why I personally looked into this. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate you in our customer records based on the name used for this review, so I cannot confirm the specific interaction you are referring to, if it even was with our company.
I also reviewed our estimator’s follow-up communications and could not find any message stating, or implying, that someone “chose wrong” by selecting another company. We absolutely respect a homeowner’s decision to choose another contractor. We may ask what influenced their decision, but that is simply so we can learn, improve, and better serve our customers.
I also want to be very clear that the claim that Legacy Painting is a “predatory company” is completely false. Predatory behavior of any kind is not tolerated, encouraged, or practiced within our company. As the owner, I hold our team to extremely high standards of professionalism, honesty, respect, and integrity, and those values are fundamental to how we operate daily - in and outside of work.
If our follow-up communication felt excessive or came across differently than intended, I apologize for that. We will always respect someone’s decision and their request not to receive further communication.

We recently hired Mark’s team at Legacy Painting to refresh our HOA’s mailbox covers throughout the neighborhood. They had not been painted in years, and we did not have a record of the previous paint color. Mark’s team did an exceptional job matching the color perfectly, arriving ahead of schedule, and even completing needed carpentry work to improve the structural integrity. The final cost was exactly what we expected, and the project was finished early. We would gladly work with Legacy Painting again on future HOA projects.

Legacy repainted our kitchen cabinets and they look like new! Estimate, scheduling, painting crew, and price were all 5 stars. Communication after scheduling was a bit lacking and job took longer than originally scheduled for so I marked it to 4 stars. Would definitely use them again & recommend to friends. Giovanni (I think I got name right) painted the kitchen and was super careful and thorough. He let me know his timeline and what was happening each day. I was impressed with cleanliness during and after.

While they certainly weren’t the least expensive, we liked their format, consistent communication and availability. They don’t require a deposit and once they start, the same crew continues the work until the job is completed. We also enjoyed the fact that there weren’t any strange fees. We are happy with how easy it was to have good work done on our home!

The gal that contacted us initially had a cute personality. I asked her if she was AI. She chuckled and said no, I'm a human. Tim was personable, explained your service and painting process. Tim was responsive to our needs. The quote was fair and reasonable, a little better against other bids. Marco, Karem(sp) and Hector were magnificent human beings and performed the work with great care and patience. The house looks fantastic, just like new and the debris was cleaned up and removed. 5 stars to the team.

We had an excellent experience with Legacy Painting. From the time that I met Sam to prepare a bid for the job until the time it was completed the Legacy team were outstanding. They worked with us to schedule the job at a certain time that we needed, they followed up before to confirm start times and they followed up after to be sure we were completely satisfied.
