Today I decided to sell a lot of silver and gold coins with the price of silver being so high that we had for many years and looked online for a reputable and honest company. We read wonderful reviews on Legacy Coins and Capital located in Plainview. I could’ve not been happier Bruce took his time to explain what I had and what each coin was worth and what only had face value and he paid me top dollar. you do not need to go any further. I had to sell some precious metals for the first time today and I couldn’t have had a better experience.
From the initial phone call with Bruce, I never felt rushed or pressured. The owner took the time to walk me through the market, answer my questions, and made the whole process feel comfortable. I felt like I was talking to someone I’ve known for years.
When I showed up in person, everyone there was polite, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually care about the people they’re working with.
Selling precious metals can be stressful but they made it feel easy and straightforward. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Very dismissive, I had about 400$ worth of "junk" silver coins just looking for an appraisal the owner said he only buys lots of thousands of those coins and wouldnt buy told me he is about to close at 415pm when the google says they are open till 6. Hey if this business model works for him great but 0/10 customer service

In this case, as mentioned during your visit, we typically purchase larger quantities of 90% silver coins, which allows us to stay competitive in pricing. While your items certainly have value, the quantity fell below the level we’re currently able to buy for inventory.
That said, we did provide a referral to another local buyer who may be better suited for smaller lots, as we always try to point customers in the right direction when possible.
Regarding closing time, we occasionally begin wrapping up slightly before posted hours depending on the day, but we understand how that may have been frustrating and will take that feedback into account.
