My experience with this law firm was a total failure and a waste of time.
Cooperation began with grand promises of a large settlement. However, my lawyer failed to prepare me for the hearing, which meant I wasn't prepped on what to expect. This lack of preparation was catastrophic, as it severely impacted my ability to recall specific medical names during the proceedings due to my brain injury and physical trauma.
The hearing itself was a nightmare. The interviewer was extremely cruel and rude to me. My lawyer did absolutely nothing to intervene or protect me, stepping in exactly once just to stop the interviewer from interrupting my responses.
Following the hearing, my lawyer called and pressured me into a quick settlement of $5,000, claiming my second case was too complex and that they would not take it on.
I then had to wait five months for my settlement check. Every month, I asked for updates, and they repeatedly blamed my medical company for not responding. When I contacted the medical company directly, I found out the law firm hadn't even contacted them until June, causing a two-month delay.
Before receiving the final figures or understanding my payout, the secretary, Lady, repeatedly pressured me to leave a positive review for the firm.
When the settlement was finally processed, they deducted the agreed-upon thirty-three percent, but also took out an additional ten percent in hidden fees that were never disclosed in our original contract.
I cannot recommend these attorneys under any circumstances. They will fail your case and waste your time.
