Easily the kindest and most polite customer service I've dealt with. I would stay with this company based on that alone. Vickie helped me and she was able to solve my issues quickly and calmly, she definitely went the extra mile and i needed that.

The customer service is pretty good! Ashley did exactly what was asked and accomplished the mission within Company Policies. Service fees for setting up network and Email address is steep, but I guess you have to read the fine print.

LEAP is INCREDIBLE! Within a couple months of switching to LEAP Managed IT, our company suffered a building fire. They were there the day of to not only console us, but to let us know they were there to get us back up and running. AND WE WERE! Our team was back up and running the next day. LEAP has such a professional, intelligent, and fun staff. We enjoy working with them, but the biggest benefit of this relationship is that we TRUST them. Switching IT companies was one of the best opportunities we took.

Leap has managed my IT systems since 2016. I would love to tell you about their awesome response times and fabulous technicians but I can not. Sure I have had a few problems and they have all been fixed within hours of being discovered. But what makes Leap so valuable for my business is that I typically get calls telling me things have been fixed before I notice they are broken. I can not recommend Gary and his team any more highly than I already do.
