We lived in California for two years and this place was our go to when my husband and I wanted a quiet relaxing night! The wine selection is amazing and the cheese and small plates are exquisite. Highly recommend! Can't wait wait to go back.

Sidedoor in Corona del Mar is, quite frankly, a delight. The sort of place one rather stumbles upon and immediately decides to linger. The charcuterie is splendidly done, the roasts hearty yet polished, and the wine list jolly well considered. Service strikes that rare balance, attentive without hovering, friendly without presumption. One departs thoroughly satisfied, unhurried, and already scheming the next visit. A proper gem, understated and entirely worth the detour. A cracking little haven, check it out, lads and lasses!

Cool atmosphere, good happy hour options. The service was great. We had a reservation, and they won't seat you unless half of your party is there, which is reasonable. Once our party got there, they seated us right away even though it was super crowded. The Pride of the Crowns salad is so good! Will return.
