I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Lavish. The colour peeling occurred within one week of receiving the bag, which clearly indicates a quality issue with the recolouring service. I reported a problem with my bag and have been trying to get this resolved, but the whole process has been very frustrating and poorly handled.
Instead of arranging a proper pickup or giving a clear timeline, I was told their pickup team is on holiday and asked to send the bag myself via courier. As a customer, this feels very inconvenient and unprofessional, especially when the issue is not caused by me. I also requested a refund due to the delay and lack of solution, but they keep repeating the same message without actually resolving the problem.
It feels like the matter is being dragged out rather than properly handled. Customer service should be about solving problems efficiently, not making customers wait indefinitely.

BROKE MY SHOES AND REFUSE TO PAY!
First time sending my dirty white shoes here hoping to restore them. Bad mistake. They over-polished until half the Nike logo disappeared.
The worst part? They pretended it was fine and just handed it to me. Luckily I checked on the spot. When I complained, they tried to 'fix' it by filling the logo with some unknown material—looks terrible and obviously botched.
Two major red flags:
1. Service is a joke. I paid extra for Priority Service but only got my shoes back after more than a week. They refused to refund the express fee until I shouted at them. Zero integrity.
2. No accountability. I send shoes for cleaning, not for you to destroy. By right, if you damage the item, you pay for the item. Standard industry practice, right? Luckily this is just Nike. Imagine if this was an LV bag—you fill up the logo and expect customer to accept? Why must I bear the loss for your incompetence?
