Clean, friendly, chill, definitely a let’s do laundry & not be stress about it vibe.. just met the owner Britney amazing welcoming!! Her employee Eda is very friendly helpful professional all around a great place to get your laundry done.. it’s been the same vibe since day one for me..
Hi, I scheduled a pick up of two quilts with Laundry RX. They picked them up on Wednesday and brought them back to me early Friday morning. I was so impressed with the way the quilts were folded in the bag in the way that they looked. I will definitely use them again to wash my quilts. Great service in the people who answer the phone they are very nice. Madeline
The laundromat is exceptionally clean. It’s brightly lit, and it’s staffed at all times. The machines are fast, clean and efficient.
The machines are well maintained, reasonably priced, and easy to use. I had the honor of meeting one of the owners on one occasion and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. I can tell she cares about her customers and her business unlike high street laundry. I will be going here regularly to do my laundry and I highly recommend others to do the same. You will definitely enjoy your experience there!
I had a great experience doing my laundry, the place it’s really cool and clean and Silvia it’s very nice and friendly
Es una lavanderia limpia y agradable, la señora que trabaja alli se llama Silvia y ella siempre está atenta a ayudarte, buen lugar ✨✨
Quite rude attendant does not greet people, and also claims there is no WiFi (although a named WiFi network comes up). The facility is otherwise great, but as a student and professional, I would have chosen a different place if I had known this basic amenity was not available.

Hello Sarah, I’m sorry that you did not receive a warm greeting from our attendant. We don’t offer WiFi to our guests. Yes, there is WiFi for the store but all of our equipment runs on WiFi to give a credit card payment option at each machine for our guests. The attendants don’t have the password or access to the WiFi. For this reason, we do not offer WiFi as to avoid malfunctioning of our equipment.
I hope this clarifies the reasoning, and we hope that you find a place that suits your needs. Thank you for giving us try.

While visiting town I used LaundryRx few time and I was impressed with its cleanliness and efficiency of the machines.
I met the owner on site and she was super nice and helpful for whatever we needed all machines are a great size for washing large loads. Excellent service if I could give 10 stars I certain would.
Very clean and helpful since this is my first time here since the new ownership.
Just maybe label where all the things go for soap and detergent and fabric softener not just the pictures. Especially if it’s new kids just in college or someone who has never done laundry before.

Hello Skye, thank you for the review and the recommendation. We have actually created signage explaining this in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. We will be hanging these signs this week 😊.
LaundryRx is a great facility, with new appliances. They offer a variety of payment options, such as Tap to Pay and quarters. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and speak both english and spanish.
This by far has been a great experience, and i’d highly recommend coming to this location.
