I recently saw Ryan for some lower back issues. After my sessions, I can confidentially say that I am pain free and back to my regular duties at home and at work. Ryan was very knowledgeable when explaining his exercises and causes for my back pain. He made sure I was comfortable and pain free doing some manual work. Overall great experience and an even better physiotherapist.

I was seeing Ryan at this location for the past few months for an ankle injury and my experience was great! He is calm, patient, and very knowledgeable with the exercises that made my recovery so much easier and better. It was my first time ever seeing a physiotherapist so our casual conversations during sessions made me feel genuinely comfortable and welcome every time I came in. The front staff here is also incredibly sweet and welcoming!

I had a wonderful experience with Tasso. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to understand where you are experiencing discomfort and adjusts the treatment accordingly. The massage was excellent and I felt a noticeable difference afterward. Tasso is also very respectful, attentive, and easy to communicate with, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend Tasso to anyone looking for a skilled and professional massage therapist. I’m very happy with the treatment and will definitely be coming back!

Had a bad right shoulder to the point I could not even throw a ball. With the help of Tina (physio) and Josh (RMT), my shoulder is now completely healthy and I am now able to do everything I could before the injury, including throwing a ball with no pain or discomfort. Tina did an excellent job at identifying what exercises and treatment would work best for my shoulder, and always made sure I was comfortable with whatever we needed to do. Highly recommend to anyone looking to work their way back from any sort of injury.

My massage today was great. Just what I needed. Lesley gives an excellent massage. The staff at the front are very welcoming. I have been coming to Gurpreet for the last few years for my knee issue while waiting for my surgery. I got my total knee replacement in May 2026. Gurpreet was an important part of my recovery. Right after surgery, I wasn't well enough to go to the office, we did Zoom Physio for a while. I was seeing her for 3 times a week. She helped me so much with all the exercises and reassurances when I was losing hope. She got me ready to go back to work. She gave me the tools to continue my exercises at home but I will continue to see Gurpreet in the office. All the staff at the front area are amazing!!!

I had such a great experience at Launch Rehab, especially with Wen. When I first started treatment, I couldn’t even raise my right arm because of my shoulder injury. Wen was incredibly caring, responsible, and professional throughout my recovery.
