Rachel Cheng at Launch rehab has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The location is about a 30 second walk from my house, the front staff has been nothing but delights, and I’ve seen a significant improvement in my ankle pain thanks to Rachels guidance and treatment.
Over the last few months I’ve been attending sessions twice weekly, and Rachel has been great. Whenever I give her updates on how my injury is doing, she always has answers of what is going on and gives me specific things I can do to help. 10/10, can’t recommend her enough.
I’ve had an excellent experience with my physiotherapist, Daphne Xuan. She helped me significantly with both my lower back pain and shoulder pain. Her treatments are effective, and the dry needling in particular made a big difference. She is skilled, professional, and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommended!

I have been experiencing vertigo lately and this past month has been miserable. The dizziness and nausea appear unpredictably, leaving me scarred, uncertain of when the next bout of symptoms would appear again. I thought this was my new norm, until I went to Launch Rehab.
I have been seeing Gurpreet for vestibular therapy. At first I was uncertain if this treatment would work as my doctor and I couldn't seem to pinpoint the exact cause for the symptoms. After a few sessions, Gurpreet seemed to figure out the problem and performed a series of maneuvers which almost immediately relieved my symptoms to an extent. For me, this breakthrough session was unforgettable. After a few more days of resting and doing my exercises, my symptoms were essentially gone.
I'm impressed by Gurpreet's work ethic, knowledge, and commitment to care. She is personable and compassionate and has always made sure I was okay by consistently keeping tabs with me, despite her busy schedule. From the at-home exercises she prescribed, to the in-person sessions, I felt supported throughout this entire recovery process.
Also props to the front desk for always being so positive. They always greet me, offering water and chocolate and making sure I get the appointments that I need that align with my schedule.
Overall, I am pleased with Launch's customer service and quality of care. My deepest thanks to Gurpreet. The relief and hope I felt after seeing you for treatment is the same reason I aspire to be a physiotherapist myself.
Victor Li is an exceptional RMT who is professional, attentive, highly skilled and a great communicator who tailors each session to my specific needs. I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free and highly recommend him.

I’ve been seeing Ivan Cheung for RMT treatments after my car accident, and he has been amazing. He does an excellent job releasing the stiffness in my shoulder and shoulder blade areas, and I always feel a noticeable improvement after each session. I have been going to Launch and see Tasso for massage therapy on my back and legs. I cannot say enough good things about Tasso. He has helped me immensely. Listens and adjusts my treatment based on how I am feeling. His treatments have been helping me more than any other RMT has. I recommend him 100%. The clinic is clean and new. Staff is very welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend.
Garmen Wong is an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist. He offers a wide range of treatments, including IMS dry needling, acupuncture, manual therapy, and shockwave therapy. He also designed a comprehensive home rehabilitation program tailored to my needs. Garmen listens patiently to his clients’ concerns and provides professional care. I’ve been going to launch rehab on and off for two years now and I’ve always had a great experience working with my physio Alex Carrod. From my very first appointment he has taken the time to truly understand my injuries, recovery goals, and concerns. His assessments are very thorough, his explanations are clear, and his treatment plans are both easy to follow and effective.
I truly credit Alex for the fact I am still able to play soccer at the level I love, I can’t recommend him enough!
Launch Rehab is a great little clinic with very friendly and professional staff. Rachel has helped with my back rehabilitation so far and has done a wonderful job showing and educating me on proper movements and exercise.

I’ve been seeing Kevin Liu for my extremely tight traps, and the improvement has been drastic. Every session is genuinely enjoyable! He always makes sure I’m comfortable and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what stands out the most is how he applies that knowledge in a way that’s truly personalized to me and my body.
He consistently goes above and beyond, and I always leave feeling better (muscle and mood-wise) than when I walked in. I can’t recommend him and his physiotherapy enough! :)
In addition, Gianne Navoa is an amazing RMT. I leave my sessions with him content with how loose and relaxed my muscles feel. Not only that, he makes sessions fun and approachable with his upbeat personality :)
I highly recommend this clinic it's the best!!! :D
