I had purchased a thick piece of plexiglass and needed a precise cut to fit my AC tube. They handled it without any issue!

Amazing experience from start to finish. They were super helpful over the phone, gave me some tips, and asked me to send my image by email. When I showed up, the project was already set up and ready to go. They engraved my Zippo in 5 minutes, and I was honestly shocked by how good it turned out, the detail was crazy.
Thanks again, you guys really made my day. I’ll 100% be back. Also, their prices are more than fair.

I went yesterday to have Serge Gainsbourg's signature and profile engraved on my Zippo. How can I say... I am still speechless with the result. It is simply spectacular! I now have a Zippo lighter that is unique in the world. Thank you again for your professionalism.

Amazing service! I had a text quote laser engraved on my Apple Watch band and they quickly provided the font and sizing I wanted. They were also very diligent that it was in the correct location on the strap. 10/10

Je me suis rendue en magasin, car j'avais besoin que ça soit fait immédiatement.
De plus, l'accueil est chaleureux et agréable. Suis même repartie avec un thé bien chaud :).

Lovely work, fast service, but they missed 50% of the engraving that I requested. Didn’t notice it when I was first shown because I thought the writing would be somewhere else I didn’t see but it just entirely wasn’t engraved :( wish there was a way to see the finished product before pickup in case this happens again. Will consider shopping here again because of the price and speed but coming from out of the city to pickup an incomplete order was a bit of a disappointment.

Had a great experience here! Despite being from Toronto, they helped me a lot and made sure my custom Zippo and the design were to my liking. The zippo looked great in person when I received it. Wonderful service too. I will definitely keep you guys in mind in the future!!
