Do not bring ANYTHING here to be repaired. He “repairs” nothing, he solders everything. My little brother can do that. Are you telling me that a “jeweler” cannot put together a broken chain link? I’ve certainly had it done before. That’s what real jewelers do. Ralph charges $75 to solder a silver chain for crying out loud. There ought to be a law. That price is not for expertise, it’s for a blob on your jewelry that is difficult if not impossible to fix without shortening the chain. Good grief!! Take it to Hope Jewelers at the mall. They at least discuss with you your options like all reputable businesses. I can’t believe what this guy gets away with. I would not trust him with my estate pieces, sell him my gold or buy a watch band off this man. To Ralph: Or Ms. Flynn. Shows what a dinosaur you are. When was the last time you took a class on jewelry design or studied w someone better than you? I’m sure it’s been over 22 years.

Ring repair I've been taking my jewelry to Ralph for years and highly recommend this store. Most recently Ralph work on a very special ring that begun to lose diamonds from years of wear. He rumored the stones reset with addition prongs. For the larger aquamarine stone he lifted the stone in the setting securing with new prongs. The ring is more gorgeous than before showing off more of the aquamarine stone. It's fantastic!

I don't recommend anyone to come to this store, i went and got 3 repairs, over 200 dollars each, after 8 months one of the rings broke again, even though i barely wear the ring it still broke due to his horrible repair skills, and the repair of a chain is horrible, and I went again to him, he asked me to play again to fix this stuff, and his customer service is like talking to a wall, he is a rip-off, repairs are expensive and very weak, break easily.

Ralph is ABSOLUTELY a genuine and kind person. Very understanding and thoughtful throughout our process. He took my late mother’s wedding ring and band and turned it into something special and meaningful for myself and my daughter.
