We had Lanz install a furnace and air conditioner for our home as well as a decorative gas stove in our family room. Dave and his crew were wonderful to deal with--very professional and took extra care protecting our floors during installation. A recent issue with the gas stove was met with a prompt response.

Our furnace 'died' during a cold winter - Lanz promptly supplied us with heaters and installed a new unit. They were helpful in assisting us learn to use the new thermostat. The staff made sure we got all rebates, too.

We had Lanz Furnace and Fireplace out a few times during winter when we had no heat. They were quick to respond to our outside of business hours call. The tech was polite and found a bad gas valve. Since the unit was new they helped us with a warranty claim for the parts. Would highly recommend!

Gavin came out for annual preventative maintenance on our Lennox furnace and AC. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after himself. He was able to provide some good, simple tips for upkeep and point out some issues. Excellent value and service!

They handle top-line products and are professionals who take the time to answer questions and provide information to help with selection. We chose the Lennox top of the line furnace and A/C. We are very pleased. It is very quiet and heats the house well. Dave and Adam installed the furnace one day and the A/C later. Professionalism was 1st rate. They worked to keep our house clean and explained what they were doing. Dave is an excellent teacher. We will stick with Lanz.

Needing to make an appointment for furnace issues. Not necessarily emergent. Was told not able to work in new customers. I even asked for later in the week and although it would be scheduled, they wouldn't guarantee that the appointment would be kept. Poor customer service.

I am sorry you are disappointed. Upon scheduling an appointment, we do our best to communicate all that we can do. Our dispatcher did schedule you for a day that you requested and was going to keep in contact with you on what time we could be there that day. It's unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding, but we do want you to know that we tried to reach your number and left a message when we couldn't get in contact with someone.

Excellent service!! We discovered our hot water heater had finally worn out after 14 years. On a Saturday afternoon around noon. By 10:00 that night we had a brand new hot water heater installed and working great! Lanz Furnace and Fireplace saved the day. We were very happy with the service we received!!
