As a regular client or Oxomoco in Greenpoint, which is my neighborhood, and considering that i been told that i eat fried food to try to look me down, i can tell and reasure, that the cashier is impolite, i dont celebrate mothers day, the way i was treated is unacceptable, is not acceptable the way the cashier talked to me, he look me down, he was rude, is very basic and kind of low educated, not being celebrating mothers day doesnt make me a bad person, i did not mentioned that also the cashier look me in the eye with anger, i only responded at his actions, lastly mention fastb food is mean and it show that this people is racist and ignorant
I am a broker, and I was waiting to show an apartment in the area when I made the mistake of stopping by this place. Whoever owns this establishment really needs to hire staff with basic manners and professionalism.
The cashier and the kitchen worker were doing nothing for over five minutes, simply hanging around while I stood there wasting my time. On top of that, I had to deal with an unnecessary attitude, impoliteness, and vulgar behavior from the staff.
When I asked for a refund, the cashier told me he could not process one. How is that acceptable? I should not be pressured into taking an order I no longer want.
Please hire workers with at least basic customer service skills and manners

5 min you waited and you are upset, we are a taqueria not a fast food joint where everything is fried or ready, we sauteed the shrimp per order, costumers must wait if they don't want raw shrimp. Maybe your mood wasn't right having to work on Sunday, mothers day. Music was a little high because we are celebrating. You did make a mistake by walking in, you almost ruined our day, we are happy people and have happy regular costumers that are family to us. Your energy was off from the beginning, WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR TEAM MEMBERS TO BE MISTREATED AND THAT IS WHAT YOU DID, for someone that was in a rush you wasted 10min of our valuable time arguing and been rude, what did you expect? Our response was aligned with your attitude.
