Using Luca for transportation was the best we could hope for. We presented a pickup from the train station and had to deal with time changes. He was responsive and accommodating to all our requests and was extremely helpful in getting us to where we needed to go.

We used Luca at the last minute as my daughter needed car service to Malpensa airport. Luca was referred to us from someone in town. Luca responded immediately to my text and she was booked and ready to go early the next morning! The vehicle that arrived was new and clean, and the driver was professional and courteous! Overall, such a great experience--from start to finish--with Luca's service! We highly recommend his service, and will use him again when we return to Bellano. Grant and Dawn!

Luca was an amazing driver! I booked him to take me to a cooking class up in the mountains in Bellano. He was on time each way and courteous. Very prompt responses through WhatsApp. Communication is important and he provides it well. Highly recommend for your needs!

We were a group of four from Australia and we contacted Luca to drive us from Bellano to Milan Train Station as the trains were not running at the time. All communications via WhatsApp was easy and he was there at 6am at the designated area to pick us up in his lovely van. We would highly recommend Luca for any transfers around the Bellano and Lake Como area.

Great experience with this taxi service in Lake Como. Luca was quick to respond via text and made sure to line up exactly where to meet for pick up. Showed up on time and got us to the train station quickly. Vehicle was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 recently had Luca take us on a 4 hour of Lake Como. Luca picked us up in Domaso, and was kind enough to store our luggage. We toured down the west coast, stopped and had a lunch break in Menaggio. The tour included seeing a number of famous villas, such as Villa del Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, Villa Monastero and many others. With the 4 hour tour, Bellagio was the turn around point and we headed back to Colico along the east shore. Luca was amazing at pointing out various landmarks and answering all our questions. Seeing Lake Como by boat was a bucket list experience for us.

Luca drove my husband and me to a hiking spot up in the mountains above Varenna. We were grateful for his professional handling of the mountain roads! He was very easy to communicate with to arrange the ride via WhatsApp and he came back to pick us up promptly at the end of the hike. We would definitely book with him again.
