bad service i bought iphone 11 CPO from this lia lai shop it didn't even last for a year took it back so that they can fix it nd it only lasted 3 weeks thn stopped working completely whn i consult again i didnt get help but rudeness and attitude from him.i dont recomment him ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.HE IS SO RUDE!!my iphone didnt last for a year.

1) Pre Owned Devices carry 6 months warranty, this was clearly communicated through our website, You tried to claim warranty after you’ve used the phone over 10 months.
2) Your phone was severely damaged at the back and you claimed it fell once, which isnt true obviously.
3) Even though your phone was outside warranty, we still fixed your phone and charged you a little R750, and sent the phone back to you, out of the R750 you owe, you’ve only paid R200.
4) When you came back with another issue the phone is currently having, I clearly communicated that the issue that the phone is currently having is NOT RELATED to the previous issue, You kept on insisting on that.
5) You want to trade in this broken phone with another new iPhone 11. When I tell you we don’t trade in broken phones you call me rude??
6) Why is it in private you want us to sell you another phone yet in public you say people should stay away from us?
7) In private you’re saying we should agree to trade in your broken iPhone 11 so you can delete this bad review, in short, this review is still here because we refuse to trade in your broken iPhone 11.

Their service and prices are very impeccable… I am impressed with my new Iphone 13 pro max screen…probably will have to take it back for back repairs 👌👌

They are a neat shop that knowledgeable about phones.I definitely got my Money's worth after They replaced my damaged NON genuine screen with a Genuine screen and restored my Iphone to how it was when i first got it at a very reasonable price.5 stars well deserved ✋️

I can honestly and proudly say that I am more than happy with Lai Lai’s Pro service and professionalism.
I bought an iPhone 13 Pro from Allo Allo (Hong Kong). Two days after using the phone, we realized that the ear speaker was not working. We logged a call to send it back for exchange or repairs, and although they were helpful, my daughter was worried that it would take a long time to send the phone back and receive it again.
I then decided to take my chances with Lai Lai. They gave me a very reasonable quote, which I accepted without hesitation, to fix the ear speaker and replace the battery, as the battery health was already at 76%.
The phone was ready even before the expected time. Because of their excellent service, I also asked them to replace the battery of my Apple Watch.
I can truly say I am extremely happy with everything. They only use original parts, and their workmanship is outstanding.
I give them 10/10. 👏
