Had work carried out on a boiler and water tank to allow me to have more space as the last plumber thought it was the whole wall to be used.
Tony and his team managed to redesign the layout to minimal space and functional allowing access for future checks.
Gave me so much more space from the original.
They have also done taps and renewal of all my shower system again to the highest standard.
My parents have also have used Lacey heating for some time and being as they are so reliable and professional we had a burst pipe on a Friday while my old man was away and mum was in a panic.
2 minuets not even that after being on the phone to them we had an operative at the door to resolve the issue.
I know I can trust and rely on this company.

HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION
Lacey recommended, surveyed, and installed a heat pump as we explored moving away from an oil boiler.
The team were professional and only proposed installation after completing a comprehensive heat loss survey.
This was carried out promptly and we were provided with extensive reports with their findings. Leigh on the team also took significant time to clearly explain the process and return for follow-up visits.
The installation team were excellent. They were punctual and worked to an exceptionally high standard.
Their workmanship was fantastic, everything was completed neatly and to a great finish. This was validated by an independent Octopus engineer.
Could not recommend Lacey more highly.

Came out quickly to see if a fix could be made to current boiler. No pressure with regards to fixing/replacing. We did end up replacing and the boys did a fabulous job. Nothing too much trouble. I think Max and Matt came who were great. Will have them back for more jobs in the future.

We have just finished having a new family bathroom and new en-suite shower room installed. We are delighted with the result. We recently had a heat pump fitted by Lacey heating and I cannot fault it or the experience we had with this company. From start to finish it was stress free, Leigh was great and conducted a home survey to ensure we had the right size heat pump installed for our property. The team that completed the installation were very friendly and polite, they turned up on time every day and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were shown how to use the touchscreen control. The heat pump has been brilliant, it is quieter than I was expecting and the house is always lovely and warm. We have noticed our bills are cheaper without our gas bill too which makes the whole process even better! Would highly recommend Lacey heating to anyone that needs a trustworthy firm to carry out their plumbing and heating works, we can’t fault them at all.

Luke and the team did a fantastic job of refurbishing our downstairs bathroom. The finished work was to a very high standard and they were very professional and accommodating, always doing what was agreed within agreed timeframes. Very friendly and helpful throughout.

I called Lacey heating on Monday for a non-emergency problem with my boiler/underfloor heating, they came to inspect on Tuesday, ordered parts and had them installed by Thursday! Everyone I dealt with was professional, informative and friendly. Thank you all!

I had water coming through kitchen ceiling, Tony quickly identified the cause and rectified the issue. Later on I had a new boiler installed which comes with a 10 year warranty. Everything was fairly priced, great responsive service, helpful office staff and knowledgable and very friendly plumbers. Very clean and tidy too which is always appreciated! Seamless service, thanks all for your help.

Lacey Heating are superb. We’ve used the team for several years and they’ve always delivered excellent work. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and dependable.
Most recently, Tony helped us out of hours, when they were closed, with a historic issue, and without him we would have been without water for several days, with young children at home.
To me, the two things that matter most with a plumber are simple: 1) you trust them to do the job properly, and 2) you know they’ll be there when you’re in trouble.

Lacey Heating refurbished my bathroom - swapped my bath for a walk-in shower, changed the lighting, fitted a new cabinet and basin, plastered the ceiling, tiled the walls and installed a fan. The team of Luke and Matt did a completely fabulous job. They always turned up on time, always left everything tidy, dealt with any hiccups quickly and professionally, made sure I was informed throughout and talked me clearly through any decisions I needed to make. I would have them work in the house again without hesitation and would very happily recommend them.

I would highly recommend the Lacey heating team. I received such fast and friendly replies via email from Lucy and Jayne. I had a new tap installed and the engineers were so professional and friendly, answering any questions I had with such patience. Thank you so much to Paul for this especially. I will be using them time and time again, thank you so much team.
Heating breaks down Boxing day. Speak to this company and they are all singing and dancing knowledge wise ref: oil boilers and associated systems.
I had spoken to other heating engineers but they specialize in separate areas, ie, can do oil boilers but not associated electrics or can deal with electrics but not associated plumbing.
Lacey's can do the lot! Turned up at Xmas within the hour and fixed the system. I didn't spend the rest of the festive period freezing at home. They are also very reasonably priced notwithstanding every one else is closed or cant do.
I cant thank the company enough. Special shout out to "Max"
Really knows his stuff, is 100% professional and a nice guy....
Wont be going any where else in the future. Roman
