I can’t recommend Lacey heating highly enough , had a new boiler fitted and from the very first issues with the old system they would always come out quickly to help and advise
All the team are very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, won’t be using anyone else from now on 🙂

Another visit from Lacey Heating today to replace my Nest thermostat. 5 star service as usual. Gave the whole system an inspection. Highly recommend them. Definitely the go to plumbing company in the Hertford area.

Lacey Heating installed a new Grant Heat pump along with underfloor heating for us, we could not fault there work from start to finish. The initial visit Tony, was extremely informative, professional and helpful, the installation, this is very neat and works amazingly, the team communicated with the other trades to ensure the system was installed correctly. I would highly recommend he Lacey Team for any works you may require.

Tony and his team are incredible, I wouldn’t choose any other company to install/fix boilers. They are amazing, so helpful, always keeping you updated and are happy to answer any questions. Tony and his team also installed a new bathroom for me, it’s the most stunning bathroom, such hard workers. 5*

We used Lacey Heating to fit our Air Heat Source Pump at The Sele Farm Community Centre. Tony and his team were professional and did the job efficiently and left everything looking very tidy. I would highly recommend Lacey Heating. Whenever we have an issue with plumbing Lacey Heating manage to get somebody to us very quickly and get the job done. Their service is very professional.

Would recommend Lacey heating had new bathroom, new boiler and rads did a brilliant job the whole team very helpful, the lads clean tidy and respectful to my property nothing to much trouble would not use anyone else now. Called Lacey heating as we had a flood in downstairs loo Lucy and Sharon were quick to respond ,Luke the Engineer sorted the problem very quickly would highly recommend this company again brilliant service.

Excellent, I was struggling to get hold of plumbers for a tap change (leaking) and getting quoted extortionate prices, they came out the next day and it was a fair price

Tony came up to quote us on a new oil boiler he left no stone unturned guiding us though the hole insulation process.
When his team started work they were always on time polite and very professional in their approach to the job in hand.
When they left each day the cleaned up and updated us on their progress.
After a few days we had a problem with our heating system called the office. They had some one up the next day to resolve the problem fantastic service.

The first time that I contacted Lacey Heating was to have a new boiler fitted. Tony made an appointment to come a day later. He was professional and explained everything to me very clearly.
I have had engineers visit my home on three occasions for a variety of reasons. They have always been very polite, quiet and focused. Extremely pleasant young people. Lacey’s office staff always answer the phone quickly, and are very pleasant and helpful.

Despite being busy on other jobs, Lacey came and diagnosed then fixed my boiler when I was I left with no heat and hot water. Cant recommend them highly enough for being so flexible and understanding

Always happy with the work done by Lacey Heating. The staff on the phone are really lovely and helpful. The plumbers who do the call outs are reliable, tidy, and polite. They've always done a good job, including detecting and fixing leaks, boiler repairs, fitting a Nest thermostat, boiler services etc. It's convenient to arrange - I email whenever convenient for me/evenings, they call me to book a time. I'm happy to recommend them.

Lacey Heating recently refitted our bathroom, after being messed about by Wickes we were very happy with how seamless everything went with Lacey Heating. The quality of the work was to a high standard, Luke who led the project was very professional and did a great job, Nick the tiler also did a top job. Sharon in the office was also very helpful in answering my questions. Would certainly recommend!
