Lacey Heating called me, the other week, to remind me that my annual boiler service was due (I had put it on my list of things to do). An appointment was arranged. Exceptionally professional engineer arrived, when they said he would (Jake). Tided up after himself, checked the pressure on my heating system when asked if it was OK. Conducted very extensive checks on my boiler. This company really is amazing. Local service that does what they say they will. Invoices are emailed rather than someone demanding payment on the spot. Absolutely faultless service.

Excellent company, they came out to service my ancient boiler which has never been replaced as it has never gone wrong in 27 years. The two lads that came out were probably not much older than the boiler but they new exactly what to do, clearly their training is very good. They serviced it and did all the necessary safety tests quickly and efficiently and completely cleared up after themselves when done. Couldn't fault them in any way. This was the first time I've used Lacey Heating and will definately be using them again.

Lacey heating have just completed the installation of an air source heat pump at our house. The team of Leigh, Max, Kian, Sam, Max and Jimmy the electrician were fantastic from beginning to end. It’s a large and complex piece of work, and they inspired huge confidence from the start. The work rate was impressive and they finished in just over four days rather than the week we had expected. The route that the piping had to go was rather tortuous, and we were fully expecting to be left with a fair amount of damage to our ceiling. However, they managed to do a first-rate job, only leaving us with a small amount of cosmetic work to do. A brilliant company, to whom we are very grateful.

Very efficient, reported a problem and asked for help around 9 am. Office got back advising a visit by 11am to assess and advise. Problem identified, and after getting some parts was fixed by 12. Can’t fault any part of the service given.

Had work carried out on a boiler and water tank to allow me to have more space as the last plumber thought it was the whole wall to be used. Tony and his team managed to redesign the layout to minimal space and functional allowing access for future checks. Gave me so much more space from the original. They have also done taps and renewal of all my shower system again to the highest standard. My parents have also have used Lacey heating for some time and being as they are so reliable and professional we had a burst pipe on a Friday while my old man was away and mum was in a panic. 2 minuets not even that after being on the phone to them we had an operative at the door to resolve the issue. I know I can trust and rely on this company. Thanks for all the previous work carried out

HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION Lacey recommended, surveyed, and installed a heat pump as we explored moving away from an oil boiler. The team were professional and only proposed installation after completing a comprehensive heat loss survey. This was carried out promptly and we were provided with extensive reports with their findings. Leigh on the team also took significant time to clearly explain the process and return for follow-up visits. The installation team were excellent. They were punctual and worked to an exceptionally high standard. Their workmanship was fantastic, everything was completed neatly and to a great finish. This was validated by an independent Octopus engineer. Could not recommend Lacey more highly.

Came out quickly to see if a fix could be made to current boiler. No pressure with regards to fixing/replacing. We did end up replacing and the boys did a fabulous job. Nothing too much trouble. I think Max and Matt came who were great. Will have them back for more jobs in the future.

We recently had a heat pump fitted by Lacey heating and I cannot fault it or the experience we had with this company. From start to finish it was stress free, Leigh was great and conducted a home survey to ensure we had the right size heat pump installed for our property. The team that completed the installation were very friendly and polite, they turned up on time every day and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were shown how to use the touchscreen control. The heat pump has been brilliant, it is quieter than I was expecting and the house is always lovely and warm. We have noticed our bills are cheaper without our gas bill too which makes the whole process even better! Would highly recommend Lacey heating to anyone that needs a trustworthy firm to carry out their plumbing and heating works, we can’t fault them at all.
