had several skin concerns I had been wanting to get addressed and after doing some searching around for a while I'd seen they offered the main ones I'd wanted to address first here and thought I would give it a shot and finally invest in myself a little. probably should've looked longer. wouldn't recommend their skin tag removal service/product. ended up being a different process that what was briefly mentioned during the consultation. If I would've known it was going to be a several months long process, that ultimately didn't even end up working for me, I wouldn't have wasted (a lot of) my money. tried out the membership and facial at first too but didn't find it was worth it for me. laser removal has been good so far at least after a few sessions and will see how my skin does after all of them are complete. probably should've just done all laser. staff are all nice and kind too. just frustrating that I have to start from scratch again and keep searching for another place and pay again for one of the main concerns I had.

We want to let you know that you’re currently scheduled for a follow-up appointment with Nurse Rose on Saturday, 7/19. Our plan was to retreat the stubborn skin tags at that time, free of charge. Would you be open to giving it one more try? It's actually quite rare for skin tags not to be successfully removed. Over the past 15 years, we've treated many patients, most of whom saw great results. In a few cases like yours, additional treatments were needed—but the tags eventually fell off and never grew back.

We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a good experience with our laser treatments so far and that you found our staff kind and welcoming. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we’re here to support you however we can.

Hope you will keep the follow up appointment. We’d love the opportunity to make this right.

For those looking to enhance collagen and elastin production to improve skin texture and tone, particularly on the face, microneedling is a great option. From my experience with this treatment across various practices in northern and southern California, I can confidently say that my experience at La Bella was the best. The entire process exceeded my expectations. Starting with a perfect numbing treatment that eliminated any pain or irritation, the thoroughness of the procedure itself (thank you, Sally) addressed all of my concerns. To top it off, there's nothing quite like a soothing facial mask at the end. I am thrilled with my results and look forward to making this a regular part of my routine.
