We’re not exactly ‘youngsters’ and sometimes problems within the house can be overwhelming. We would like to say a very big ‘thank you’ to Zac who, after discovering our 13 year old inverter was ‘broken’ proceeded to explain, in a language we both understood, the next steps. After giving our approval, he then immediately went on the search to find an inverter to work with our small number of panels. We were so impressed with this young man’s attitude and work ethic, particularly with a couple of ‘oldies’. I would recommend Zac and this Company to anyone with solar panel issues. Excellent customer service experience with KTM. I needed an urgent job done on a Friday before a long weekend for a house without power due to an old fuse box being blown and deemed unsafe by Energex. The team at KTM went above and beyond to attend to a big job on short notice which included installing a new switchboard and updating safety requirements on an old house in Goodna. Communication was great from start to finish and the job was completed professionally, site left neat and tidy and the emergency job was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend engaging KTM Solutions.
