Buying your first home can be daunting. I bought mine in the middle of a pandemic while I was living in the UK.
I found Tony on Reddit while I was asking some general questions about high rises in Vegas. He answered all of my questions and went to each of the properties I wanted to view with so we could live stream the viewing while I was still in the UK.
It took a couple of weeks to find a really good property and put in an offer. There was much less paperwork than I had expected and what little there was, I was able to sign online.
Tony produced a lot of statistics and comparisons to help me decide what to offer - more than I was able to get myself via Zillow and Redfin. He was also able to negotiate good terms for seller finance since I didn't have a credit history in the US.
Where we needed third party companies to become involved, for example, for inspections, Tony had good contacts and organised everything. I did my own research on each of his recommendations and they were all competitively priced and had good reviews. We ended up using his recommended inspection company and their service was also top notch.
Even after it was clear the sale was going to close, Tony did everything he could to make the escrow and move-in experiences as smooth as possible. He checked over the title paperwork, picked up on something I might have missed and got it corrected on a Sunday evening. By Tuesday, I had the keys, some cool snaps to remember the day and was ready to spend my first night in my new home!
I would recommend Tony and Kristian to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Vegas. They just made the whole process so easy and were there and on top of everything when I couldn't be. When I come to sell my condo or buy another one, I will definitely work with them again.

My wife and I moved to Vegas in January 2026. I was a frequent tourist. My wife came out occasionally with me and fell in love with the desert. Neither of us have any social support system in the valley.
Tony helped us purchase a house nearly sight unseen and we couldn't be happier with the house we ended up with and his services that got us here.
When looking to make this move, polled our connections. The agent we used to sell our house had someone out here and it wasn't a good fit. We were doing our due diligence and came across some very informative posts on Reddit that Tony wrote.
So we dropped him a line and set up an introductory phone call.
From that first call, it was clear to us that Tony believed that an educated client was a good client. Even though it wasn't my first rodeo, it was my wife's. And Tony took the time to make sure we both understood the process at every step of the way - which ended up being helpful for both of us because things had changed since the last time I did this.
As we went through the process, Tony did a fantastic job of reading the room between my wife and I. In selecting a house, we just needed the search tools. To his credit, Tony let us do our thing at this stage. It would have been hard for anyone to interject into our process.
But once we found a property we were interested, Tony jumped right in where he was wanted and needed. We were scheduled to come out to the valley and do some traditional house hunting, but he was kind enough to give us a personal tour of the house we locked in on via FaceTime.
This enabled us to make an offer on the house without even getting to it. We discussed the valuation of making an offer and went through several rounds of negotiations. The market's been dynamic lately and his guidance was helpful in getting to a valuation that my wife and I are very comfortable and happy with.
He connected us with a great home inspector who made us feel comfortable moving forward and went out of his way to get information from the HOA that enabled us to move forward past the option period.
The only hiccup in the process was related to my lender (that I brought in separately) and Tony - and his partner Kristian - were on top of those guys to make sure that we closed on time. And they had a plan B in-hand in case that fell through for any reason. We didn't need it, but it was comforting to have.
At every step of the way Tony was equally responsive and empathetic. Most of us aren't casually playing around with hundreds of thousands of dollars every day and that scale can make "small" mistakes something less than small. Even when we were freaking out about our HOA-related issue [The exterior fencing wall had some damage, but it's the HOA's wall - so not our problem!], Tony kept us calm and worked the issue to it's natural end - which we were quite happy with.
We bought this house with an eye to living in it long enough that this might be the last house we ever buy. But if we ever do move again in the valley - or I have anyone in my social circle follow me out to this wonderful jewel in the desert - and Tony's still working, he'll be the first person I call.
I wholeheartedly recommend Tony to help with any real estate need you might have in the Las Vegas area.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the amount of care and detail he showed - with organizing many house tours, making sure all of our questions were answered, and unblocking us quickly at every step of the closing process. I actually found Tony on Reddit (just as good a place to start when you know no one!) and I’m so glad we went with him. We started the process while living a couple states away and Tony took us on a couple virtual phone tours of houses we were interested in. He was patient with us as what we were looking for really varied – we were ok with an older fixer upper if it had a big lot, pool and was lower in price but also ok with a new construction with a small lot if the builder incentives were good – you get the idea. Anyway, Tony was exceptional in helping us navigate the Vegas housing market which was an extremely different climate than when we had last bought a house in another state. In that case, the market was having buyers bid tens of thousand of dollars more than asking and this time Tony suggested we bid tens of thousands below. We didn’t even know you could negotiate with builders! Tony is a solid guy who definitely knows his stuff on top of being extremely well dressed and funny.
