Im happily making a revision to my earlier review, which was also 5 stars. In the past I used them for a small job which I was happy with. I needed them again last week, I thought I had a leak in a baseboard pipe, but I was incorrect, it was much simpler. Chris came with a helper , diagnosed the issue (caulking), and charged me the service call. In addition to their skill, more importantly they have integrity. Something we need more of in this world. Im convinced, this is the place to use if you need plumbing.

Absolutely terrible, you leave a message, they don’t call back, abysmal customer service, nobody picks up the phone, what kind of business is this, if they don’t take their job seriously, then I could imagine how their work is, I would give a zero, but it doesn’t take it

Chris Krull and his assistant, based on his assessment, told me to properly repair a leak in an old heating line pipe that removing and replacing some of the old pipes was necessary.
They showed up, promptly began the work and finished later in the day.
End result, no more leaking, old or repaired pipes, no more clanging of pipes, all my radiators are now cooking. Some of these radiators previously never even got warm.
Kudos to these guys, look no further than this group. Honest, explained it all and efficient. Thanks Krull.
Job done ontime and as expected. It is worth being a contract holder for quick and efficient service.

My toilet was clogged and overflowed onto the water. I immediately call Charles Krull & Son plumbing. They responded within minutes. They had someone within the hour. Larry came. He was extremely professional and respectful of not tracking any mess into my house. In addition, he communicated to me everything he would be doing and possibilities of potential problems. He fixed the problem without leaving behind any additional mess that was already there. Would recommend him and Charles Krull & Sons.
Chris, Elizabeth, Larry & Cole have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable & attentive to my heating issue. Got immediate response on a Sunday & a holiday weekend! This kind of customer service is rare. So glad my neighbor recommended Krull & son. What a pleasant experience.

Larry did a great job. He was very professional. He and the company worked with me to get the job done the same day. The owner came to help him. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will have them come back in the fall to do some more work for me that I chose to put off for the time being
Charles Krull & Son did an incredible job in our household during recent renovations. They also came up with solutions to improve the flow of our systems which eliminated many of the issues we had dealt with in the past such as clogs and poor water flow. Their proposed solutions have made our house issue free. I highly recommend.
