Attorney Patrick Apple represented me on a 110 mph in a 65 mph speeding and reckless driving, he got me the best outcome possible. The speeding charge was arrested meaning it won't be treated as a moving violation and a PJC on the reckless. No points on license and no increase in insurance expected. I’m driving on driving privileges that was issued by the court… Months ago I was stopped for speeding doing 113 mph in a 55 mph zone & Mr. Apple was able to get a prayer for judgment to protect my ability to apply for hearing He also was able to get judgment arrested on my speeding charge so it WILL NOT be treated as a moving violation.
