Dan did a fantastic cleaning job of moss on my Bungalow roof the roof had been replaced not so long ago but had a heavy deposit of unsightly moss, Dan came along with his equipment removed it all then applied a special sealant, he had maximum respect for my property im so very pleased I would highly recommend him.

Dan completed a couple of jobs at our home, including soft washing the cream render and removing moss from our roof before applying a treatment. We are really happy with the work completed. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. No job is too big or too small. Highly recommend.

Dan cleaned my lounge, hallway and stairs at a very reasonable price I live in a rented property with what I thought were light brown carpets after Dan had worked his magic I discovered they are actually beige 😱The house smells so fresh and the carpets are softy and springy to walk on😊.Highly recommended service.

If you only require your gutters cleaned and soffits wiped then fine Dan was very nice. However I had paid for a deep clean of all PVC sills etc. my previous man ( now retired ) left everything dry , highly polished and dry gleaming windows. I was gutted to have to go and wipe my sills, even remove a cobweb or two. My previous chap took 4 to five hours this firm did it in just over an hour. Just be very specific in what you want done.

Yes, if you had let me know you wanted the gutters dried off afterwards I would of happily done that. Given that we've got heavy rain this weekend, I wouldn't have even thought of it. All gutters were cleared and exterior of gutters, fascia, soffit and downpipes were gleaming when I left. I gave you a chance to have a look around before I left and you said you were happy. Seems a shame that you would leave a negative review without giving me a chance to do things as you like.

It seems the only things youre unhappy with is the doors and sills being wet and having cobwebs. But they weren't even included in the quote and was never mentioned. I can't do work that I'm unaware you want doing

Dan did an incredible job removing moss and treating my roof, and worked incredibly hard doing so. The difference is incredible. Dan is friendly, reliable and a pleasure to do business with. As a very relieved father, I cannot thank Dan from Kraken Clean enough for coming to the rescue! My son (in a moment of brilliance) parked his car with a serious oil leak on our friends beautiful driveway, leaving behind a large, ugly stain. The consequences for him were going to be big if we couldn’t get it sorted. Dan responded incredibly quickly, understood the urgency, and was on site in no time. Not only did he completely remove the stain – which we weren’t sure was even possible, but he made it look like it was never there in the first place. We were so impressed (and so grateful!) that we booked him to clean the entire driveway. Dan was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond for their customers. I can’t recommend Kraken Clean enough! If you need something cleaned properly, these are the people you call. Thanks again Dan!
