Would recommend to everyone...Very quick in communication, very detailed on all the land that they are selling, processing is very quick, way better financingoptions than other land seller out there, no hidden fees and all information is all laid out. I wouls very much wanted to buy and financed another land from them again ones I paid off my current one.

I recommend kpa to everyone! The process was super easy on there website! I spoke with Nicholas he is very informative and also sent a video will all the information I needed. I currently live on the property and love it. Just spoke with nick again hoping to expand my footprint in my area. I’m excited they have many parcels in my area!

Buying land has never been made easier. I purchased my land 1.05 arces from kpa Land it was a very easy process. You get to choose to pay your Land off in 1 yrs or up to 4 or five years.
