My experience working with Koulla was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The quality of the fabric options was outstanding, as was the finish of the installation. I could not be more pleased with the result. The rail is clean, subtle and minimal, and the curtains open and close smoothly - the curtains keep out the light that had been keeping me up all summer. Cannot recommend enough.
We had a great experience with Koulla from start to finish. Communication has been excellent and Koulla and Rocco installed our new UV filter motorised blinds quickly, navigating any hurdles on the day with ease. We have just had the absolute pleasure of installing blackout blind shutters in the bedrooms.
Koulla's quoting, colour recomendations and measuring is spot on.
Her suggestions are invaluable and she could really 'see' the end product while we were standing in a building site.
Communication is always quick and clear. The waiting time is quickly over and the installation process is so smooth. Rocco is tidy, organised, and just lovely. He overcame a number of 'old house challenges' and left us with a flawless, modern, gorgeous finish. Would (and have) 10/10 recommend.

I'm sure that there aren't often curtain emergencies but this year we had one. An entire curtain rail collapsed in a bedroom where the occupant was receiving end of life care.
I called Koulla in a panic. She had done the most incredible job with shutters and curtains in our home previously and I had recommended her to my neighbour who recommended her back to me when I was in a stressed muddle.
It was snowy and just before Christmas.
Nobody had stock.
Everyone had closed for Christmas. Koulla and Rocco came to the rescue. They squeezed us in and Rocco managed to fit a new rail impeccably around carers, a nurse, a baby and family members all while chatting football to a very frail gentleman.
Their work was stellar, the curtains have never hung better but more than that - they're compassionate, organised, prepared, tidy and human. They worked a Christmas miracle. Would 100% recommend them.
