Great fun , interesting wines & great company ❤️ Quirky , non corporate style - go with the flow wine trip which we really enjoyed . We visited two wineries - 4 different wines at the first & more at the next along with lovely cheese & charcuterie boards . John was a great host , shared enough about the wines of the area which was well pitched to the audience . The wineries were great , especially the last where they were so accommodating to the unusually inclement weather & whisked tables up inside & provided everyone with cosy throws . When we booked we anticipated sunshine not howling winds but this was not an issue & if you are in Korcula consider this as a solid activity option even if the sun isn’t shining . We also really enjoyed the company of the lovely American guests who came with their game faces on & made it a great trip . Cheers from Scotland xx

Amazing Bike & Wine Tour My wife and I took the Bike & Wine Tour with John. It was one of the highlights of our trip. John was an incredible host, guiding us through beautiful grape vines and olive trees on the way from Korcula Old Town to Lumbarda. John was so knowledgeable about the wines, and the olive oil producing as well. He spent a great deal of time with our group and it was so much fun just being apart of this experience. There were incredible views of the ocean along the way and at the two local wineries where we sampled. Popic Winery also provided an amazing charcuterie board which went great with the wine. John thanks so much for the time you spent with us! It truly was a great day that we will never forget.

Rachel and John are amazing guides and their tour is the perfect way to experience Korcula! We had a great time biking through the island and the wineries were gorgeous, friendly, and delicious! We’d recommend to everyone visiting Korcula!

Beautiful scenery and great wine. Perfect! We had a wonderful tour with Rachel. The cycling is more than just a saunter on the flat but it suited us perfectly and the bikes were great and made the cycling easy. The wineries were excellent and very generous with the tastings. It was an interesting and very enjoyable tour.

Fantastic tour! John was an awesome guide who was super helpful, especially with my Mom who hadn't been on a bike in 30 years and had a little bit more trouble at first. All the stops were made too were excellent and I would go back to all of them if I could have stayed on the island longer. So overall I would 100% recommend!

Best Bike and Food Tour on Korchula This was the best tour! It was well organized, personal, interesting, and fun! We stopped at a honey farm, a vineyard, and a home where we were served homemade food items, all delicious and a lot of wine! The bike riding is for the physically fit. On road and off-road with beautiful scenery. Just loved it!

High marks definitely to Korcula Explorer. Rachel, our guide, led our small group on a delightful 8K bike ride from Kortula to Lumbarda. It was a ride of easy to moderate effort relative to your biking experience. Rachel was as watchful as a mother hen guiding her ‘chicks’ safely across trafficked roads. We passed through lush vineyards and groves of olive trees. Along the way Rachel gave us a glimpse into history, knowledge of the different varieties of grapes and the wines made from them. We stop for marvelous wine tastings at Cipre and Popic wineries. Rachel is genuinely engaging . We all shared in conversation and laughed our way into the evening.. At the end of our 2nd tasting experience we were grateful the bikes would be carried back to town and we would ride back in a comfy van, driven by Mario!

Had so much fun with John on our tour! It’s definitely not a “beginner” bike ride but not impossible. Some hills and you need to know how to operate bike gears. The olive oil at the wineries is not to be missed in addition to the wine!

Great views, hosts, company, wine tasting after cycling through olive groves, vineyards with sea views What’s not to like? Lot of fun. Great hosts. John as our guide and Rachel communicated really well with us leading up to the tour. Very nice touch jn accommodating our earlier departure to make the last ferry back to Dubrovnik. Exceptionally nice touch in Rachel following up to ensure that we made our ferry okay in a storm that came up unexpectedly. Cycling through Mediterranean landscape with vineyards, olive groves, limestone walls. Mostly no cars with Occasional car traffic but kind drivers used to cycle traffic. Excellent hosts at the two vineyards and great company in fellow travelers. Great views at the two vineyard stops. Unique sea plus vineyard views experience

Highly recommend! John was an awesome host—warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the region. He shared fascinating insights about Croatian wine, local history, and the winemaking process, all while keeping the day fun and relaxed. We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. All of the stops were both very engaging and educational as well as delicious. John is a wonderful tour guide and was very considerate of our family’s needs. The views from the biking were gorgeous and it was an excellent workout. The last stop, at Ivan’s farm, was very special. He was so warm, treated my children like family and has absolutely beautiful tastings. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough

A must for bike & wine lovers This is a great trip which gets even better towards the end with the wine tasting. John was very informative and helpful. At one point forgot we were on a trip as it felt like being with friends tasting lovely wine, although this could have been down to the wine so appreciated the lift back directly to our hotel. Great fun!
