I love how friendly the staff and doctors are. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Friendly office that caters to young kids.

They took amazing care of my son. Entire place was clean. All staff was super friendly. Wondering if I can identify as a child and have my dental work done there.
Update. After being to the surgery center 2 times and have both kid there for a cleaning at this point
The service has remained consistent. We have only had 1 visit run behind. They offered to rebook. We waited and still received top notch care. The kids played in the little play room and didn't even notice.

It was a horrible experience- my kids have been going to this dentist for quite sometime now. The person who checked in my kids was very rude- She claimed the confirmation text said yiu needed to confirm by 12 the same day or appointment would be cancelled- the text did not say that- I did confirm the appointment a day or so after the text. Normally would also get a call confirming never received a call. When we showed up the appointments were canceled but then was able to take them at 2:30 instead of 2:00- they told us we can wait there or outside, we chose to give up our seats for another family with a baby and waited in the car. We came back in at 2:30 just for them to say they canceled the appointments once again and that they assumed we left when we told them we would wait. Never had such a difficult time with our appointments. The lady did apologize somewhat for being rude and how she was talking to us but still as someone working in a field dealing with kids or whoever there should of been better customer service and a little bit more caring and understanding with the communication with the system or in person. It definitely mskes me want to take our business elsewhere.
Kool Koala was able to have my 6 year old daughter seen same day and made sure she was comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I’ll continue to bring both my daughters due to their amazing staff!

We’ve been coming to this office for a few years now and always had such a good experience here. The staff is warm, patient, and genuinely great at helping kids feel comfortable, even when they’re nervous. They explain everything in a calm, friendly way so the kids know what’s going on, and the whole office has a welcoming vibe. The pediatric dentist is amazing with children—super gentle, attentive, and makes the visit feel way less stressful. You can tell he really cares about his patients, and it makes all the difference. Definitely recommend!

I am new to New Jersey and this was my first time taking my granddaughter to the dentist in new jersey my experience was amazing the staff is very friendly and they love what they do my kind of place. The Dentist he was so good with my baby and he was so sweet to her. My granddaughter is very busy and when I say they talk to her and played with her to make her comfortable it worked. I’m now going to start taking my son there. This is a great place to take your children for care. All the staff get 5 stars from me. Nice work and fast. Keep up the good work yall work so good together

Everyone there is so kind an friendly and does amazing job at helping the kids feel safe and making sure they're comfortable each step of the way. I have 2 entirely different kinds of kids one who doesn't mind Dentist and another who is terrified of the dentist and they do an amazing job keeping them calm and relaxed during each visit. Highly recommend.
