Dr. Maya never disappoints me I been coming here for 3 years and it’s always a great experience. Staff at the front desk are always so professional and makes booking an appointment a breeze.

The pediatric dentist was pleasant. The waiting room is a disaster area. I was early and an hour after my appointment time, it was standing room only. My suggestion is to leave space open for each spot for each day to make room for the walk-ins.

Es increíble que dures 1 hora esperando que te llamen y luego que te llaman 30 minutos mas para que llegue la dentista. Aqui no ahy espacio para sentarse no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.. no pongo mas por que no me queda batería👎

Horrible services. Horrible staff. Scheduled an appt for my child in August and they changed it without notifying me or her father until the day before. Never scheduling with them again

Where do I even begin with this organization? The waiting room was completely packed and they don't allow you to accompany your child to the back. You are left either standing in the crowded waiting room or waiting in your car.They don't ask to speak to a parent or guardian, they just send your child back outside without providing any new appointment or information about their dental care. They don't address any of your concerns. It's clear that this place needs to be shut down or undergo a complete overhaul of their training process.

I really love this place to bring your children to take care of their teeth. I got it by recommendation and they took care of my daughter immediately by appointment. The dentists are super kind and well oriented and more talking about children. They always play nice movies for them and even have a playroom. They have parking. Another good sight is that they take the time to really listen and see everything carefully that’s good however sometimes even though you have an appointment and you arrive on time, be prepared to stay there at least 1:30. In general really recommend. ❤️

It's a nice place, the people are nice and it's quick.

First off, I will be going to the higher ups on these people. My daughter broke her teeth and I went to this place because of the reviews and the lack thereof of her previous dental place. The dentist was a black woman who was pleasant and nice and performed what they put as a “crown” in the system for her tooth. The piece they put on my child’s tooth fell off in less than a week while she was simply sitting at her school desk learning. I called and called and they finally responded saying the dentist said I would have to PAY because insurance isn’t going to cover it again. First off, the dentist was paid to do a job that was CLEARLY not done correctly at all! These type of places are unprofessional and greedy as they do wacky jobs and then expect you to pay out of your pocket for a service they did not do correctly in the first place. I am very disappointed because the dentist was black and I thought we were in great hands and it is very obvious we are not. Now, I have to contact Horizon and BBB to resolve all of this chaos while my daughter’s teeth are still the same. You guys need to do better. Lazy services and just not getting fair treatment is so disgusting and frustrating.

My granddaughter is very apprehensive when visiting the dentist. Dr. Ballard and the entire deptford team were extremely welcoming and professional. Indi had a wonderful experience. Being in the dental field myself I would highly recommend this office.

They took amazing care of my son. Entire place was clean. All staff was super friendly. Wondering if I can identify as a child and have my dental work done there

Male dentist was condescending and rude. Openly accused me of lying during a lecture about flossing in which I stated we floss every day, despite the beginning erosion between my son’s teeth. He implied I don’t care enough about my four year old son to invest in his dental health. Then he made me fist bump him after he suggested I was a negligent parent and accused me of lying. The hygienist looked genuinely embarrassed for him. Also, lots of people crammed into the space, overbooking and rushed appointments.

Everyone at Kool Koala is very nice. My kids love going there.

They were very sweet with my kids ages 1 and 3. They was also very fast and I love how much they made my kids feel comfortable ❤️ 💕

appointment was at 11, arrived at 10:30 and we didn’t get in until 12:15. Terrible time management
