Kooler scheduled me for the upcoming Wednesday but had a cancelation. Since Julian remembered I had said it was my day off he called back and I was able to get Teddy out the same day I called. They diagnosed and replaced the opener in about 3 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the type of service they provide.

Owen did a great job! He was able to come out the same day that I called. He was very personable and professional. He took the time to go over everything and program it to my car. I highly recommend this business.

Owen Donovan came yesterday and we thought we hit a gold mine! He called that we was on the way, he was right on time, friendly, well mannered, knowledgeable, found the problem, and explained the various solutions without any pressure for us to make a choice. Of course we went with KOOLER. and we will certainly let all our friends and neighbors know about this outstanding service call. From making the appointment to the finished work - we could not be more satisfied. Do ask for Owen.

We want to break our new garage door opener - just to have Teddy come back out and install a new one! That's how AWESOME Kooler Garage Door's service was today. They treated us like we were their only customer today (not so!), communicated often, and Teddy, the service technician today, was friendly, thorough, and willing to work late to get the job done. We absolutely would hire Kooler again, and only regret that we probably won't need to due to their great work!

I just had the motors, 7' belts, operators, springs, and rollers replaced on my 2 garage doors. Matt and his team at Kooler did an excellent job. Not only do the doors now work flawlessly but Matt is the kind of person that makes sure you are taken care of and that you are happy with the results. I believe he runs his company with integrity and professionalism. These are 2 things you don't often find in big businesses. He has my respect!

Kooler replaced the weather seal on the outside of our garage doors that was damaged by our recent hail storm. They made two trips, the first to take a look at the doors and discuss repairs. They spent a great deal of time discussing options with us. The second trip, Owen replaced the seals, including having to customize the seals to fit our door frames. Owen completed the work fully and well. Owen and all the people we dealt with at Kooler were friendly, prompt and on time, and very helpful and willing to explain the work in detail.

These guys are above and beyond efficient! Called them and within two hours my broken Tension Springs were completly replaced and my door totally inspected and Pascual Ramos (awesome employee) was headed to the truck!
