Had just arrived home the other day when our garage door broke. So I called Kooler and spoke to Matt who was very friendly. He got our appointment set up right away. Within an hour and a half Caesar and Pascal showed up and replaced the broken spring on our garage door as well as replaced the wheels and fixed the railing system. They also replaced the stripping outside of our garage door, which looks great by the way. They did it in a very timely fashion. These guys don't mess around!!! I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I had a roller bracket break and fall off my garage door. I was fortunately able to schedule an appointment within 3 hours of the breakdown. Kooler sent Teddy D. to inspect and repair the door, as well as the option for the 20 year old door’s replacement. Teddy was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He serviced and repaired the door and I will most likely have the entire door replaced by Kooler in the near future. Teddy did a great job!

Our 20 year old garage door and opener were in need of routine maintenance (at least). I was expecting to be told that more than maintenance was needed, maybe a new door or opener. But after an inspection and tune-up, I was told both were good for a few more years. I appreciate that no one tried to sell me something I didn’t need. That kind of integrity in business is rare. The technician was on time, professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I will call Kooler again when the need arises.

Today July 5 2024 I called Kooler Garage Doors because we were having issues with our garage door. They send a technician named Teddy and he was able to resolve our problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an inspection and then fixed the problem we were having. He explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. We were very pleased with the work he did. I will recommend Kooler Garage Doors 100 percent.
