Not built for international customers
The website looks good when it works, but this is not a customer-focused company.
Unfortunately, during our 7-day trial, we could only access less than half the content because of time zone differences (a lot of the cool stuff is only accessible at certain times of the day).
Once we finally got full access, we only had like a day left in the trial. The support knew we were having issues accessing the content, and I asked if they could extend our trial a few days so we could properly evaluate the app, but they said no, everyone only gets 7 days and no exceptions.
If they offered monthly subscription options, then I would not have minded so much, but this company ONLY offers annual subscriptions. So with no more trial days to ensure that the product will actually work for us, we have no choice but to pass. It's a shame that their customer service is so short-sighted.

Fun learning videos, practice questions per topic and key learning points with different levels. Immediate feedback and solution. Increase kid’s willingness to practice by moving practice on iPad.
As extension to school text books to learn more through and use as revision from the learning section. When I am busy, I can assign practice online and my son can practice and get feedback on questions without me sitting there.

The ability for Samuel to self learn and for me to see his progress and concentrate on weak areas is fantastic
The science model answers are good and the step by step solving of maths problems are great. He has developed a consistency and is able to make learning a practice.

Good Website and quite fun but when u play multiplayer it is basically just bots and if you are smart , even a small mistake, you can draw with the bot (80%) disappointing. I might cancel my subscription soon if no further actions can be done .

I like Koobits as I am able to access to other primary level to revise on the topics that the school will be testing during their Weighted Assessment / Mid-year / Year-end exams or revise more on their weak areas.My child can self revise and be prepared for the exams and he can do Koobits anytime on the go as long we have Koobits app on the phone.

i cant help but think that the reviews are bots. all of them are positive and none are negative. and the owner replies to all of them. lets think realistically, when in the world will the owner have time for that? it is like they only show the positive reviews and feedback. for me personally, the questions are too simple and it did not help whatsoever in my child's exams. she actually got less marks than normal because since the questions are simple, it made her think that she was really good in math, therefore leading her to studying less and potentially almost near failing . i feel like yes, it is good practice and yes, it takes more time for us parents to unwind and not worry too much on our child's education. but, the questions are too simple and the child will start to fall behind even though the questions are based on the MOE's and most school's curriculum. personally i would rather pay for tuition than koobits but if your school gives you the account, go for it. practise but dont fully rely on koobits. also rely on other practise methods or like i said, tuition. i dont recommend paying for the extra subjects like science or chnese and english.
