Scotty scheduled me and greeted me with so much fun and kindness, which was a wonderful start to my experience. Susanne had a very calming voice and presence. Mr Diamond facial was my first ever and I really enjoyed my time at Komal. My skin looked radiant and felt so soft and smooth afterwards. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

I found Komal because I was looking for a comfortable place to get botox for pain management from TMJ and chronic headaches. Megha, Scotty and Susanne have all been so lovely and welcoming each time I've come in and have helped me feel so supported. Megha really listened to me and helped me pinpoint where botox would help, including masseters, subocciptals and traps. When things were painful, Megha was so sweet and relaxing to be around. It's been a few weeks since my treatment and my pain has improved tremendously! I can't believe the change that occurred. I highly recommend this team!

I love my tri Factor treatment of the mosaic and Potenza, laser and micro needling. I’m already seeing improvements in the elasticity of my skin. And there is little to no downtime. All the staff make you feel very comfortable, even if you’re a wimp like me when it comes to procedures.

Komal Aesthetics & Wellness is a great medical spa clinic for various cosmetic treatments such as facials, laser hair removal, Botox, and more. For this review, I'll be focusing on their laser hair removal services. I chose this clinic because they have the latest model of laser hair removal machine. You'll get to know the staff well because laser hair removal treatments are spaced out. You receive one treatment per month, so you'll likely be coming here for at least seven months out of the year. Depending on the size of the area you want to treat, if it's a small area, you might only need three months. However, for medium or large areas, it typically takes around seven months. Lynn is the person who does my laser hair removal. She is super kind and friendly, and very understanding. She makes you feel really comfortable and at home while you are getting your treatment done. Definitely recommended. So, if you haven't had any laser hair removal, the machine usually feels like you've put a rubber band around your wrist, stretched it just a little, and then released it. (Do it five times in a row, really fast.) That's what it's supposed to feel like, regardless of whether the machine model is new or not. It should at least sting a little so you know the machine is working and you're getting great results from your treatment. If you don't feel any discomfort or heat from the machine, you should speak up and ask to raise the power a little, because essentially you are burning the hair so it doesn't grow back. You want to feel that little sting. (Burning hair smell is a great sign as well.) That way, you know your hair is going to fall out in the next day or two. The same could be true for the opposite. If you feel way too much heat, speak up and tell them that it's hurting too much, because essentially, the machine could be burning not only your hair but your skin, and we don't want that. But here at Komal Aesthetics & Wellness, they take their time and make sure that nothing is too painful for you.

This place is THE BEST!! I am a minimalist and have had some bad experiences previously at other places. I went here for a consult and I was blown away. I felt heard, and comfortable and nothing was pushed on me. After my first appointment they sent me a thank you card and gave me 10 free units!!!!! No brainer! If you want to feel your best and feel comfortable and not pushed, GO HERE!! The best place for self love and confidence.
