good experience I had Kohls & Bach out today to clean and brighten up my corner fireplace. The young man was the very best. He was smart, organized, and I could tell that he had been doing this for a long time. It felt good for him to get my fireplace so very clean and bright; he even perked up the flame. When he left my place was spotless. I believe his name was AJ and he is the very best!

The two technicians that came to my house were great. They were personable and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my gas fireplace within minutes. They disassembled the logs, cleaned out the gas components, and got things running smoothly again. They cleaned the glass in the fireplace and it looks like a million bucks! Very grateful. And very reasonably priced. Would totally recommend this company.
