I cannot recommend the team at Koastal Komputers highly enough. As a pensioner, I often find technology quite overwhelming, and it can be difficult to find someone who doesn't use confusing jargon or make you feel foolish for asking questions. The staff here were the absolute opposite. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, fixed my issue quickly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. It is such a relief to have a reliable local business that genuinely cares about helping seniors. If you need computer help, do yourself a favor and go see them.
