Update: Debra with KOA did my monthly cleaning today. She did a good job and everything was clean when she was done. She was on time for the appointment and worked efficiently. I will continue to use this company.
I hired Koa Cleaning Services for the first time recently for a deep clean of my house and was very pleased. I was able to set up an appointment soon after I called and they arrived promptly at the time scheduled. I received a text message the day before the appointment to remind me that they were coming. Three people arrived to do the deep clean and they divided the work up so that each area was done completely and thoroughly. All workers were pleasant and easy to communicate with when I or they had questions. When done, I did a walk through and and was happy with the results. I found one area that I thought needed a little more attention and they promptly addressed the area. Their price for the deep clean was reasonable and actually less than another company I had hired in the past for a similar cleaning. I have scheduled this company to do a regular cleaning on a monthly basis and will update this review after my next cleaning. I am very happy with my first use of this cleaning company.
