I just spoke with the nicest lady and then she got me right over to speak with Bobby Knowles. He could not assist with my specific needs, but he still answered my questions and was very kind!!! This was the first office that got me directly to an attorney right away. If you need bodily injury attorneys stop looking this firm gets it right straight from the first interaction!!!!

I had a nasty accident a year ago. I had a brand new jeep I only had for 2 weeks….gone. I had back surgery within that year. So now my back is in excruciating pain and my arm just isn’t right either. It was very difficult to get into another vehicle and my transportation was a must. I had a wedding coming up and was moving two weeks later I didn’t have the extra funds to accommodate this blow. All I was guilty of was not seeing the other driver run the red light fast enough. Jim was quick, empathetic, and stayed on top of my case. He made sure that I got every single last penny that I was able to get, and I got the maximum funds for my case. I was even able to get loans against my settlement to help accommodate my wedding and moving expenses. I am so happy I chose this firm and would recommend this firm to everyone that would ever find themselves in my shoes.

After signing with two other lawyers, who I felt couldn't or wouldn't answer the question I had, I found Knowles law firm online. Jim looked like someone's Grandfather, when I called and we set up a time to talk. He then put me at ease by answering ALL of my questions, and explaining exactly how everything should go. My case was drugged out, but every two weeks I got a call and update. He always had me feeling as though we were waiting for his money, the way he was concerned. Greatly appreciated

I had the pleasure of working with Bob after a car accident that resulted in the need for surgery. Navigating insurance and medical bills on top of focusing on recovering quickly became very overwhelming. Bob stepped and made the whole process so smooth so that I could focus on my recovery while he managed everything else. He answered every question and concern I had with care and knowledge. He was also very quick to respond. Bob took the time to get to know me and my family during the case. I truly felt that he handled my case as he would a family member's.
