I can’t recommend Knowleggi enough if you are staying in the Florence area and are planning on renting a car. From helping to point me in the direction of obtaining an IDP in short period of time, to their communication, they are truly world class and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
From picking up the car to dropping it off, they were always there to help answer any questions. They do an amazing job at everything and we were extremely happy with our experience. Look nowhere else! Super close to the train station as well.
Thank you again to their amazing staff for making everything possible, truly could not have been able to experience as much in the Tuscany region without them!
I do not rent cars very often, so do not know the normal process. I think it was different to what I was expecting, but very straightforward.
No language barrier (EN) great communication before and during, with no surprises about expectations.
An enjoyable experience, and would recommend choosing this Italian company over a larger group because they were friendly, gave some recommendations, and helped me stay out of trouble on the roads.

Seamless rental experience. Great communication before and in the build up to our trip. Very useful information about the ZTL zones and recommendations for the best route options. Was able to leave the car at the airport and received my final bill the very same day after the car was checked. Could not recommend more highly!
