Great customer service I had an issue with my order. At first, I was frustrated because I was worried that it wouldn't get resolved and that I would have to go through a painful process with PayPal to sort it out. To my surprise, I was contacted by the owner. The owner was polite and friendly, and we managed to agree on the resolution. Customer service is very important, and I'm pleased that I found a new business I can trust to buy from. I will be buying from this business again. Keep up the great job!

Super quick delivery & well packaged Purchaser 5 bottles of Czech beer that you can’t seem to get anywhere in the UK, ordered 11:30pm Wednesday night & arrived Friday morning! Really well packaged as well, 100% will use again.
