A year ago I switched over to KLM Heating after a different company claimed that I had a cracked heart exchange without running any tests and put a high pressure campaign to get a whole new furnace. Since I have a Trane unit still under warranty, I decided to get a second opinion from a Trane authorized company and found KLM Heating. Not only did they run the proper tests, they showed that there was nothing wrong with my furnace. Since then I continue to have nothing but positive things to say about the company. It is easy to schedule an appointment and I've received excellent, trustworthy service from Lucky, Mike and Saxon.
