This is a FANTASTIC power washing service. I lost my son in 2012, and my neighbors put a memorial bench across the street from my house in 2014. It was in great need for cleaning. The cost of cleaning it was way below the minimum cost for the job. But given the circumstances, Rinse Prince did the job for free!!! They are not your average power washing company. Not only do they do a FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL JOB. They work out of the goodness of their heart.

Really impressed with the power washing job "Rinse Pressure & Softwashing: did. They showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and got straight to work. My lawn area, patio, deck and backyard were looking pretty worn with grass sticking out, but they made a huge difference—everything looks fresh, bright, and almost like new again. They were thorough and didn’t rush the job, making sure to hit all the little spots and edges that are easy to miss. They also cleaned up and reorganized the area quite nicely afterward, which I really appreciated. Pricing felt fair for the quality of work. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to freshen up their outdoor space.

Can’t endorse these guys - and Ricardo Smith, the manager enough. I’m writing because other peoples’ reviews really helped my decision-making.
I have a pretty new (4 yrs) mixed patio or bluestone and pavers, also a sidewalk that suffered from bad organic staining (deep tannic stains from chestnuts, acorns, and leaves). I’m generally DIY and pressure washed last year with a good machine. The results were honestly disappointing.
Researching options, Rinse Prince had almost universal positive reviews. The quoting process online couldn’t have been easier, was set up with a text confirmation, and Ricardo came right on time.
He provided line-by-line recommendations with up-front pricing and walked me through exactly what to expect when the crew would show up. Now this is important: my original installer reminded me I’d already paid for one of the services I’d agreed to - we just never completed it. I contacted Ricardo to let him know, and - dare I say - he sounded happy for me. No issues, no bad feelings - this is a guy who made it clear, his only job was to make me a happy customer.
On the day of the service, he showed up with his crew (10m early!) to make sure I was comfortable and felt everything was gtg. I was.
Regarding his crew, they were awesome. Introduced themselves by name, forced me to stop moving stuff for them - “that’s our job!” - when they were done, not only was I absolutely thrilled with the results (see pictures), everything was back even better than I had it before.
This is a team that clearly takes pride in their work and the company. I think the price was “great” - the two guys were here over fours hours working every minute. Remember if you look at the pictures, I’d run a pressure washer last year, this isn’t years of neglect! Of course do your own research, but I couldn’t be happier from start to finish, I’d give them 8 stars if possible.

The Rinse Prince guys are outstanding! Elmer and Darell took such impeccable care of my patio. They worked incredibly hard, we're so friendly, and the results are amazing. I've found my go-to for making sure my house looks beautiful and is cleared of any mildew or other invasive growth.

Ricardo and his team member arrived on time.
It was a seamless operation from removing screens, cleaning them in a cool screen cleaner to power washing my patios, front porch , fence panel and windows which were in dire need of a cleaning !I It’s all sparkling clean now ! Huge shoutout to the team, especially Elmer and Darrell for the awesome job on my house! They cleaned all the windows, inside and outside, and all of the screens. Everything looks amazing and the attention to detail was really remarkable. They were super professional, quick, and left the place looking brand new.
