分量蛮多！每一餐都很丰富，加上汤汤水水，基本上一个人吃不完。。每一餐就有 🍗 鸡腿药材汤 🍚 五谷饭 🥩 主食肉类 🥬 蔬菜 🍵 1大支红枣茶 / 炒米茶 PJ 区是分两轮送餐，Abang 每次都送得蛮准时。早上10点送来午餐和点心，下午4点再送晚餐，虽然对我来说时间稍微早了一点，但胜在准时又方便。特别喜欢他们用保温袋送餐，保温效果很好，即使放了两个小时，食物还是温温热热的，不需要再用微波炉加热。个人还是比较喜欢这种送餐方式，感觉吃起来更有热腾腾的幸福感！🥰 另外，碗碟吃完也不用自己清洗，真的很加分！❤️

他们家的猪脚醋真的很好吃！😍 味道是酸酸甜甜的，还带着姜的微微辣感（连平时不吃辣的我都很喜欢！）。瘦肉居多，肥油有一丢丢。猪脚醋绝对是月子餐不能少的一道啊啊啊啊！❤️ 不过 Abang 送餐真的很早！😂 早上10点就送来午餐 + 点心，下午4点又送晚餐了，感觉上一餐都还没消化完，就要准备吃下一餐了哈哈哈！个人还是比较喜欢用保温袋送餐的月子餐，热腾腾送到，打开就能吃。相比之下，需要再用微波炉叮热的月子餐，吃起来总觉得少了点感觉。（纯属个人感受）

最近try了 Tasty Heritage Signature 的孕期/月子餐没想到这次的体验意外的满意对于怀孕中/坐月子中的妈妈真的不用每天烦着想要吃什么还可以好好休息了有主食，配菜，时蔬，汤，甜品分量还很足也蛮大份和老公一起吃都可以👍🏻 🚚送餐服务: 送餐前会先通知ETA 而且也会准时把孕期/月子餐送到家门口的 📦包装: 包也会🔒起来不怕途中被打开安心又放心

怀孕期间发现了这家有孕期&月子餐不但每天准时送到家门都有lock🔒起来不怕途中被打开吃完也不用清洗等下一顿时交还回去～每餐都有主食肉类时蔬养生汤真的营养均衡味道都不会太清淡道道菜都不油腻还能吃出本身的鲜甜～真的孕妇/产后妈妈的救星‼️

产后真的要好好照顾自己，所以这段时间选择了这家的月子餐 delivery，想让身体好好调理一下。🌿 他家每一餐都有主食、肉类、蔬菜和养生汤，营养搭配均衡，少盐少油，清淡却不失美味。尤其喜欢他们家的汤水，喝起来清甜又暖胃。每天准时送到家，不用自己煮，吃完也不用洗，直接交回去就好！可以省下更多时间休息，对产后妈妈来说真的很省心。💕

最近尝试了这家的月子餐 delivery，没想到月子餐也可以这么好吃！😍 不仅方便，重点是吃得健康又安心，每天准时送到家，完全不用烦恼三餐要吃什么。他们家的月子餐主要走健康养生路线，每一餐的搭配都很用心，有主食、肉类、蔬菜和汤水，营养均衡。最喜欢的是不会太油腻，也不会太重口味，清淡却不失美味，连蔬菜都煮得很好吃，吃得出食材的新鲜。尤其是他们家的汤水，每天都有不同的养生汤，味道清甜又顺口，喝完整个人暖暖的。原来健康餐也可以吃得这么满足，真的很适合想吃得营养又不想麻烦的人！

由于忙于工作，又想吃好一点~Order了他家的孕期餐，整体体验比我想象中还不错！身为一位怀着二胎的上班族妈妈，每天真的有很多事情要忙。有时候下班已经很累了，还要烦恼吃什么、准备什么，常常只能简单解决一餐。所以对于我来说，能够有一份准备好的餐食，真的可以省下很多时间和精力。最让我满意的是分量很大（够我跟孩子Share share吃），颜色和营养搭配都很棒~吃起来很有满足感。更满意的是他们的包装方面，餐盒整齐有质感又有锁扣，让人拿取时比较方便。送餐送到上楼这一点也很加分，尤其对于怀孕期间容易疲累、又需要照顾孩子的妈妈来说，真的方便不少。我觉得妈妈在照顾家庭和孩子的同时，也应该记得好好照顾自己。有人帮忙准备好一餐饭，虽然是一件小事，却能让忙碌的日子多一点轻松。这次的体验很棒👍🏻

这次订这家的孕期餐delivery，整体感觉真的不错！对于平时需要上班、回家还要照顾孩子的妈妈来说，能够有人帮忙准备好每天的餐食，真的方便很多。餐食的分量很大份，搭配也蛮丰富的，从主食、配菜、汤品到甜品，整体吃下来很有满足感。可以感受到菜单都有用心搭配，不只是简单准备一份饭而已。另外，餐食的包装也让我蛮满意的，整齐又有锁扣，拿取方便。送餐也会送到门口，吃完了也不用洗，只要装回去给他们就可以了，对忙碌的妈妈来说真的省心不少，不需要自己出门拿餐或花时间准备饭菜/洗碗。怀孕以后越来越注重饮食，也希望自己能够吃得更均衡一些，但每天忙着工作和顾孩子，有时候真的很难兼顾。这样的送餐服务确实能减轻不少负担，让日常生活轻松一点。整体来说是个不错的体验，推荐❤️

Honestly, the confinement meals are SO delicious! 😍❤️ Every meal is freshly prepared and delivered to my home, making my confinement period so much more enjoyable and convenient. The food is not only tasty but also nourishing! And the bird’s nest is incredibly rich and thick — I really love it! 🥣✨ What’s even better? They also provide thoughtful gifts for new mummies! 🎁🥰 It feels so nice to be taken care of, especially during this special recovery period.

这段时间吃下来，真的觉得这家月子餐很不错！❤️ 每天的餐点都搭配得很丰富，不会每天吃到一样的东西。营养和口味都有照顾到。特别喜欢他们的汤水，喝起来不会太油腻，味道也很鲜甜；猪脚粗也很入味，鸡肉炖得软嫩，配上杂粮饭刚刚好。青菜保留了爽脆的口感，不会煮得过于软烂。甜品也不会太甜，饭后吃一点刚刚好。另外，餐点每天都用保温袋装好，送到时还是温温热热的，包装也很整齐卫生。对坐月子的妈妈来说，不需要每天烦恼吃什么，也不用自己准备饭菜，真的方便又省心。整体来说，吃得满足，也感受到店家的用心。是一家值得推荐给其他妈妈的月子餐服务！❤️
