Kitchen Makeovers were easy to contact, visits were made easily and the lead time between order and work starting was short. Andrew the fitter did an excellent job of replacing old kitchen doors. Just having new doors has made the kitchen, brighter and looking more modern.

From the time I contacted Kitchen Makeovers, the customer service was at the heart of everything. Once we had agreed what style, and additions, my thoughts and opinions were listened to. The Fitter who installed the Kitchen was on time courteous and took the time to ask me what I thought rather than just going ahead without consulting anyone.

We had a kitchen makeover a year ago,
Not very satisfactory,
Firstly the two guys that come to do the measurements and convince us this what we wanted, were rubbish, when it comto fitting the new doors and panels the end panels wa too short, when I asked what can be done they suggested that I have a joint on the end panel, and went on to say that it would be three weeks to have another panel supplied, after me saying this was not acceptable they decided to supply a large panel and the fitter cut to fit, also it was arranged that the fitter would remove the old floor tiles whilst removing the old doors etc, except that he couldn't and went on to say it wasn't his job, the guy managing the project was rubbish, he said the tiler wasn't available at the moment but to carry on and fit the new doors and panels, part of my conversation with him was that worktop had a fine crack on it and I didn't want that disturbed, unfortunately the fitter when putting the end pain left it a bit tight and split the granite worktop, when I spoke to the guy running the project all he said I can put you in touch with a worktop company that might help you at your exspence,
Ther were a few problems with the fitting of doors and panels, that I had to in some cases give advice in what to do, eventually when they got hold a tiler that wasn't the one they normally use, he arrived looked at the job and decided to tile over the old tiles, by this time I was so fed up with your company I agreed,
He was a very messy tiler, he splashed cement everywhere, and mixed it on my patio and spread it over that, when I complained he said he would clear after,
The tiling was done quite well, except he never put it under the units far enough so when the fitter came back to fit the under unit board it showed gaps, the fitter should have seen that but never and had to call him back and what he had to do was put packing behind to bring the panel out which was not satisfactory,
During all these things problems going on i never seen the guy organising the project, never even contacted to see how things were going,
It was very unprofessional job from start to finish,
I would never recommend your company to anyone, infact I would advise not to use you
From the first visit I felt very confident in this team. They know what they are doing! I had some issues with poor communication on my part during the organisation and the fitter was exceptionally patient and helpful and sorted out everything! He even did a few jobs as a favour. Plumber was methodical and the polisher was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them every time. Very happy with my ‘new’ kitchen!
We had our kitchen made over by Kitchen Makeover at the end of May 2024. After about a year and a half, we experienced some issues with the worktop and the instant hot-water appliance. We contacted the team, and the staff were very nice and followed up with us efficiently. Although we eventually needed to pay again for the repairs, I still appreciate their support and the good service they provided throughout the process.
One thing to keep in mind: sometimes the workers may dispose of the boxes or warranty cards during installation. I should have been more cautious and not relied entirely on them for keeping these documents. So, for anyone using their service, make sure you keep all the relevant paperwork yourself and fully understand what the warranty covers.
The 2 fitters worked well, and the kitchen doors and new worktops were well fitted.
The process was painless and the company easy to work with for installation and payments.
As door hinges tend to move or need readjusting after a few months with use it would have been nice to have been offered a catch up appointment to deal with any snagging and re-adjust the doors so the perfect position after a few months so the kitchen continues to look it’s best.

Very positive experience in getting my kitchen worktop replaced. The initial visit to take all the measurements was a breeze to schedule, Stefan answered all my questions and showed me a lot of samples to choose from, though I already knew which style I wanted. The actual replacement was scheduled quickly, for the next week, and the work took maybe half a day, at most, for two people. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the work - it really gave my kitchen a new lease on life.
They completely changed all the cupboard fronts and working tops in my kitchen . Completely changed the look of the kitchen within 2 days at a very competitive price. Would recommend

Originally our project started out as a basic makeover but we now feel we have ended up with a totally new kitchen. We received great advice , a lot of patience and support from all the team. From start to finish the process was very smooth. Having the original tiling (15 years old) cleaned and regrouted was well worth the extra cost. Our relative thought it was all new tiling ! Connor did a great job with the fitting, was very thorough , tidy and meticulous. Overall a great job done and we'd thoroughly recommend highly to others.

We decided to have new doors and worktops etc, Paul Lindley was brilliant and very helpful
we got exactly what we asked for and they were very good quality, Paul who also fitted them was very polite and was brilliant at fitting it all ,also left it all neat and tidy ,can’t recommend them enough.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us — nothing was too much trouble, and he was never pushy. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure it was spot on.
The fitter, Shaun, was also fantastic — clean, tidy, and hardworking throughout the week. Both were polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We’re very impressed with the company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
