Firstly, we would like to extend our thanks to the trader and team for carrying out the driveway installation at our property. We appreciate the early professionalism and completing the project earlier than the agreed time frame. Overall looking good. But, I have formally raised several serious concerns by email. Regardless of few other budget friendly quotation, we chose you because you promised fully excavation of old pavements. Found out that it wasn't done completely and this deviation was not communicated to us at any stage of work and resulted in the driveway is too high. The trader became very agitated when our concerns were raised.

We recently had Kirkby Paving completely transform our garden and driveway, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Bill and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. After seeing Bill working locally, I gave him a call — he came round promptly, offered a very competitive quote, and was able to move his team and machinery straight over within a week to get started. Each day we had a hardworking team of three or four on-site who really put in the hours. The works included a full dig out and levelling, a brand new driveway with prep for a hedge, a beautiful new patio at the rear, new front and back steps, a fresh lawn, a side gate, and a replacement fence (including some panels for our neighbour too). As a generous extra, Bill also threw in a new shed base and even levelled the neighbour's fence along the side — a really thoughtful touch. Everyone was polite, respectful, and took real pride in their work. The quality of finish is excellent, and the site was kept clean and tidy throughout. It’s rare to find such a reliable, honest, and hardworking crew. Highly recommend Kirkby Paving if you're looking for top-notch workmanship and a team you can trust.

Bill and the guys did a fantastic job of laying our new driveway and building up the front wall. We've had many compliments from the neighbours. He was able to start within a few days when other companies couldn't start for a month. Multiple guys were on site so the job was done very quickly without causing too much disruption to our street. They even managed to squeeze in a bit of concreting we needed in the back garden. He was also kind enough to give us some bitumen for free to fill in a gap between the pavement and our wooden fence when he had some left over from another job. He was clear and explained everything. The team was great to deal with - highly skilled and very polite. Very happy! Thanks guys.

The lads at Kirkby Paving done a brilliant job at one of the properties I do maintenance for, my client was in desperate need for a nice driveway for his new property he recently purchased in Addlestone and as I've used Kirkby before , I know them personally and you can trust them wholeheartedly and their work is second to none. My client was absolutely over the moon with their work and has recommended them to his family and friends as I do too.

Awful company to work. Do not keep their words and commitment. Do worst work and sit on knees for money. Once paid, they never turn up. Avoid at all costs. They spoil my patio without properly fixing stones. Left incomplete work. Avoid, Avoid and avoid.

Used Kirkby After being referred by a close friend of mine Who has had work carried out in the past by Kirkby They were highly recommended really happy with everything that they carried out my new driveway looks absolutely amazing everything was carried out to plan and on time so much extra space with the extension to the drive Staff were so helpful with everything step-by-step and the job site was left clean and tidy including some extra plant pots and trash I had accumulated over the years being taken away at the end can’t recommend them enough Bill is such a great guy five stars and smiles all round thanks kind regards Connor
