It has now been 5 days and nothing is resolved. They keep saying "waiting for the merchant" but I paid Kinguin, not the merchant. The responsibility is theirs. 👉 This is not about the amount - it's about the fact that they completely ignore customers unless you go public. Their support is slow, unhelpful, and evasive. Account Spotify premium 12 mesi FAKE
Comprato da Kinguin un account spotify premium 12 mesi dichiarato nell'offerta Region Free ed utilizzabile in Italia. In realtà si trattava di parte di un account multiutenza e tra l'altro "egiziano" e, ovviamente essendo utilizzato fuori dall'Egitto, dopo circa un mese l'account è stato revocato da Spotify.
Ho chiesto spiegazioni e rimborso all' assistenza Kinguin, ho ricevuto questa risposta:
"Dopo aver indagato su questo caso, abbiamo stabilito che il prodotto è stato consegnato come descritto e che tutti i dettagli di accesso necessari sono stati forniti e utilizzati con successo. Una volta effettuato l'accesso a un account e protetto dall'aggiornamento delle credenziali di accesso, l'utente finale è responsabile del mantenimento della sicurezza dell'account. Purtroppo, date queste circostanze e poiché è passato un po' di tempo dall'acquisto, non siamo in grado di offrire un rimborso o una sostituzione."
Certo ma se l'account è irregolare e non valido in Italia?
Diffidate di Kinguin, sono poco chiari, falsi e non rispondono delle loro responsabilità.

Warning! I advise against purchasing from this platform, especially from "turkepinstore." I bought a Spotify account for three months, but after two days I was logged out and the seller changed my login details. Support is either unhelpful or unwilling to help. Negative reviews are not published. Kinguin's policy is designed to encourage sellers to cheat. Support doesn't understand the mechanisms for regaining access to an account and selling it to someone else. Just because the seller sent a login and password and the buyer changed the password doesn't prevent the seller from recovering it. As compensation for the fraud, they gave me a discount code for my next purchase, which is pathetic. I advise everyone against shopping on Kinguin because this platform is a complete scam.

I purchased a one year PlayStation plus subscription from what I think is a shared account. With less than one month of usage, I couldn't use the subscription for half a day because it seems the account had too many users. The problem was sorted only one day late. I submited a ticket ******* so they could investigate what happen and to make sure I would not have another day with this situation. The client support team was very bad and didn't even read my ticket properly. The result, they closed it and I don't know what happened and if this is going to happen again. I really don't recommend this website.
This is a horrible place to buy keys from. They domt have specifics on anything in the titles. They let people sell anything down to promotional game card vouchers. Which I’m pretty sure can’t be transferred so that’s illegal in itself. The customer service isn’t good at all. It dosent matter if you dont use products, I guess once you see the code or whatever you cant refund it. Although I didn’t see anything to refund it before claiming?! So idk. The sellers are unresponsive, I feel like the only people this is geared to are scammers. Normal everyday people are def gonna get ripped off. Just wait for Eneba or GreenMan Gaming for deals. This place definitely is a shell of what it used to be. I used to like this website.

Can't recommend Kinguin anymore. I bought a game account which has been located in a different country thus I'm not being able to play the game and of course you can't get a refund because it's a "game account". They never said it's in a different region, Steam won't let you play games when they're region locked.
If you refund something because you bought the wrong product you only get balance back. The issue is I wanted to buy something with the balance I had left and didn't have the option.
Stay away from them.
YouTube account - Disabled account
I purchased a YouTube account through Kinguin, followed all the seller's instructions (changed password, added phone and recovery email), yet only a few days later the account was disabled and became completely unusable. I contacted both the seller and Kinguin support, but instead of providing a solution or replacement, they kept shifting the responsibility back to me. Even after showing proof that the account was disabled by Google due to suspicious activity, the case was closed without resolution. Very disappointing experience – I paid for a product that stopped working within days, received no real support, and was left with nothing. I do not recommend buying such products from this platform.

Kinguin charge $11.79 on top of every purchase, for "customer support"
There support is automated and they close tickets without resolving but marking "Resolved."
I have two "unresolved issues" and once they've marked it as "Resolved" there's no one to reach, BEWARE.

They charge $10.14 on top of every purchase to cover "good support."
We are an IT company, we have purchased from "Kinguin" many times in the past.
But if you need "support" you'll be at a loss.
We have has two cases open for over 20 days.
UPDATE: Kinguin has now increase their fee for "customer support & protection"..etc to $11.79.
This is on top of any purchase you make.
They have dragged my case on for over 20 days now, answering with AI bots.
I have files a complaint with "Paypal."
